The plumber I had out called him to my home without my permission and then he claimed to be with the plumber so my husband let him in, he(Micheal Wxxxx the president) suggested I lie to my insurance so he can charge them $5K for absolutely nothing and tell them I had damage, which I did not, so that you can get some money out of this I told him no absolutely not to get out, I then spent the next 11 months being bullied by his staff because he sent a bill anyway for the work he was explicitly told no to and did not do. I proved I was scammed and the plumber had to refund me thousands for the work they did. A TOTAL SCAM and we will not be another one of Michael Wells and AWDs victims. Read the BBB profile this is what this company does to people

Want to make a stressful time more stressful? Hire these guys. Terrible customer service that can never give you a straight answer. They will bid your job low and then hit you with a bill much higher after work is complete. Then when you question it they will treat you like your crazy and you MUST PAY NOW! They will tell you their rebuild team will be in contact and your phone will never ring. I urge you to save yourself the headache and find an honest and reliable company.

They were quick to fix the damage to the property, they were very professional and looked a every detail with time and patience to make sure not one thing was missed, they are super communicative and ready to answer every question I had without hesitation. They worked with my insurance and made the process so easy By far the best company that has ever been hired for this and I would recommend them to anyone!! They will not let you down!!!
