Everyone was helpful, professional, and honest. The sales team was upfront about timing and pricing. There were no hidden fees. The project manager gave weekly updates as the materials were ordered and awaiting arrival. They were kind and courteous. Then once all supplies arrived, the workmen came and completed the bathroom rebuild in about 3 days. They work was amazing and the workers were also very courteous. I had a great experience with the whole company and would recommend them to everyone!
Installers Kirk and Marcus were very skilled, efficient, and friendly. Followup service by Tony was the same. Very Pleased with the quality of their work and helpful responses to our questions.
I did not realize they did not repair the baseboards where they had to remove. Also, I lost electricity to my bedroom which backed up to the shower area wall where the install was done. They said it was not their fault, but, I had electricity before the install.
Installers were very professional and kept everything clean as it was

They are not only efficient-they are fast. They are also very careful of your home, polite, and good people to have around.
Matt was the salesman who came to the house. I liked that he brought his van so that we could see the products to be installed. The Kohler shower actually turned out nice but it took forever to get the shower walls due to a problem at the plant where the walls are fabricated. As part of our project, Matt agreed to also redo the floors in LVP. We were surprised that the floors were installed by the plumber, that was probably a mistake. It was obvious that he was not qualified to do the floor install, as he broke moldings around the doors and made a cut behind the toilet that looks very amateurish. Then came the shower drainpipe leaking into our basement, however, the installer/plumber was quick to come and repair it. He said that he would be back in a week or two to repair the drywall. He did not return to do the work himself, however, he did send a drywall guy who did a fine repair on both the drywall and the moldings. Here we are, three months into this and perhaps we are nearing the end. Tomorrow will be day four of the drywall/molding repairs and we are hoping that will be the end of it. On the upside, Molly in the office was very helpful and the guy who installed the glass was really good (the glass took forever to come in too).
Dear Sharon, we are so sorry your experience was less than ideal. We strive to provide the most graceful home improvement experience in the market and it seems we fell short in this instance. We would love the opportunity to discuss your project and make sure any workmanship issues are resolved. One of the great features of our company is the lifetime labor and material warranty.... so if it is not right we will fix it. It is as simple as that. We will reach out right away. Or call the office directly and ask for Tatianna. Customer success team KOHLER LuxStone of Colorado
Home Pride recently replaced a shower in my home. They were very professional. Dale was the salesman and he has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the product. Molly and Lilly in the office did a great job of keeping me updated about the status of my order. Jordan was the installer and he did an outstanding job. He was very respectful and courteous, and his workmanship was awesome. I am very pleased with the project.
