Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
The Three "Ps": Professional, Personable and Patient! Fantastic Service!! Scott and team arrived on time, was approachable to ask questions and took the time to answer each question. The project was completed - neatly - in a timely fashion. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
American is the right choice. I spoke with other proposed contractors but American by far came across as the most reputable. This proved true in the execution. Scott and his team provided a quality job that I fully recommend. His pricing is fair and the value is superior.

Sewer Main Clearing
I called around for a few estimates for repair of a broken sewer line. Scott was the most reasonable, so I went with him. He was honest, explained everything along the way, and even charged less than his original estimate because the work was less than originally thought. I don't know anyone else that would do that. Great work, great price, and someone I would recommend with no hesitation.

Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate
I can't say enough good things about Scott from American Water - came out to do a camera inspection/location of my main sewer line, and he went above and beyond locating the underground sewer line, which the township had no records of (all in the pouring rain no less). Explained everything while he was doing it, estimated costs for moving/replacing the line, and couldn't have been nicer about it. Plus my dog liked him. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of sewer/drain services in a heartbeat.
