Well it has been 3 weeks since I first contacted Chris to unclog a kitchen drain. His father Sean came out and it seemed to be fixed and was paid $178 + a $20 tip. Unfortunately it was not so I contacted Chris again and was told he would be out the following day, now repeat this following day reply for 6 more days.... Finally Chris came out and tried to clean out the drain...he was unsuccessful and said I needed an auto vent and possibly a sagging pipe was the problem. Chris quoted me $440.50 for the repairs, I said ok but it could not be completed until 5/17/2020 and wrote him a post dated check ( 5/17/2022) for that amount and was told he would be out on that Wednesday (5/18/2022). Well that was a no show so I called and was told he would be out Thursday (5/19/2022) - FYI the check cleared on morning of (5/18/2022). Well once again a no show. So I called again...he talked about coming on Friday (5/20/2022) but was told that he had an open schedule to come out on Monday morning between 9 - 11 am....he was a no show again...but somehow an open schedule was no longer open ( Chris said I had to buy and deliver a dishwasher, go to the bank but I will be out). Will it ever end with Chris.... I do not know but it does not look good that he will ever complete the work he was paid for. Seriously, I used Angie with the hope of getting a qualified service contractor; but obviously American plumbing and drain services 810-908-0295 is not that.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. I wanted to go with a smaller company, so I went with these guys. Initially, Chris would not stop calling me. I gave him the job, and one of his guys, Jason, came out to my house to fix the problem. They snaked the drain, and I was told the problem was fixed. I paid them $184 cash and he left. Not even 6 hours later, my basement was flooded again with water and debris coming from the same drain. I reached out to Chris and he said he would be there the next day to fix the problem. However, it was a no-call, no-show. I finally got ahold of him again and he said he would be there in the evening-but it was another no call no show. Since then, he has not answered my calls or messages on the app. I would never recommend this company to anybody. They are con artists and are very inexperienced. I found another company to come out and fix the problem. They told me exactly what was wrong and snaked multiple drains. Chris and his team are unprofessional and lousy plumbers.

I hired them to clean the main drain at my daughter's house. They scheduled the service promptly and arrived within the time frame specified. They were efficient overwhelming and did not try to upsell any other service. Their pricing was comparable to other vendors. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I think is unprofessional not to have communication between the costumer and the contractor. There should be open communication, you guys need to learn how to communicate with your customers.

Very bad in communication with the clients. he does not call back promptly. nice technician but if he is not able to resolve my problem so leave me hanging. promised to be here and take care of me, and he did not. not being able to use the bathroom. no call, no show no communication at all.

I don't normally give out 5's but they came out when I wanted them to and were quick and clean. Their pricing was much better than anyone else I called. Would definitely recommend.

They came out we re here for 5mins and said the drain was clear, charging us 244, it wasn t. Called for three days separate lines they finally came back out. However they came w a short broken snake. Which didn t do anything and gave up. Problem not fixed!!

I would give them 5 stars for just communication alone. Provide you updates each step of the way and explain everything they're doing. Combined with their workmanship, flexibility, and the way they just generally go above and beyond for their customers, they deserve more than 5 stars. After hiring them for 3 projects already, I will definitely be hiring them for more. I highly recommend these pros.
