He cleaned up the area so well. He did an excellent job on the install. Since I wasn't sure which brand was best he went through each. Explained the warranty on each. Now I have an excellent warranty of 10 years. I would highly recommend his company and himself personally. Excellent work. Very clean and tidy. Friendly and approachable for a novice.

The owner came out and was straight forward.

Lanney was very knowledgeable about the Navien tankless water heater. He is a certified installer for the system and explained how the system works. He was also willing to install a kitchen faucet I had received as a gift. He also replaced a faucet in my basement, which he purchased from Home Depot as a courtesy for me, as I am having some health issues. I will be replacing a leaking basement toilet in a few weeks, and he has agreed to do the project also. He is a very easy person to talk to. He listens to your needs and explains the solutions to fix the issue. I would recommend him if you are looking for an honest and hard-working individual.

We recently had a water softener system installed by American Plumbing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with They took the time to explain the installation process. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. Since the install, we’ve already noticed a significant improvement in water quality—softer water, and better overall performance. We highly recommend this company.

All of the upfront sales pitch sounded like if there were any issues Lanny would take care of it immediately. Since the day after installation the valve that the system uses to keep the water warm when the hot water is turned on has made an annoying whistling sound and wakes us up at night. I asked Lanny to replace what I think is a defective valve and first he said our water pressure was too high. I put in a pressure regulator and it was louder. I called again and was told the piping in our house was the issue. I am going to resolve the issue myself and remove the valve so we can sleep at night.
