Right from the beginning, when Amy called me, I hit it off with her! Then I met both her Lanney in person. It could no have gone any better! Polite, professional, and answered questions I had. Lanney did an excellent job at installing my hot water heater. I would highly recommend American Plumbing!!

Lanney, his wife and his son were all part of the experience. They were all very professional. I had two water heaters replaced. Price was very fair, work was high quality and as mentioned they were all just great people to work with. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend for honest, friendly, knowledgeable service. Laney didn't bat an eye at our very cluttered house, and even carried my grocery delivery in that arrived same time he did! He was professional, arrived as promised and we have hot water now! In under two hours we're good as new

Laney was very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and friendly. He was the first to call me back after requesting estimates. As promised on Saturday, he was here first thing Monday to assess and replace our water heater that Applewood Plumbing installed years ago and wouldn't respond to us- 5 days later they still have not called us. In under two hours our new heater is in, we have hot water again and assurance that it's up to code once again and safely working. Bradford White tank was what we had for 19 years, and same company American Plumbing uses. I recommend Laney and American Plumbing if you need a water heater repaired or replaced!

Hands down, The best people I have hired. I needed a water heater replacement to meet code, i wanted to do it myself but the realtorsdid not agree. I had several estimates, not only where they affordable but they excelled in customer service from the first call to the finished project. I HIGHLY recommended them.
