American Plumbing & Sewer LLC

The owner came out and gave me an excellent quote on my broken water heater He explained every thing that needed fixing and was able to do the job immediately. No pressure with joining any warranty club or up-selling me any additional stuff. After the new installation he showed me everything that was done and was very friendly! This is a great company and I'd definitely use them again!

Used shark bits and a prv that's not designed for the size of my home so it bangs and is noise your better off getting a plumber not a sales man who got master by installing water purifier system just saying

American Plumbing and Sewer is an amazing company. They installed a new water heater in my home and did incredible work. Lanney the owner puts Customer Service at the top of his list. Along with his son Austin, the level of detail of their work is top notch. If you are ever looking for a plumber for any of your needs, American Plumbing and Sewer is the only way to go. I highly recommend!

Installed new water heaters. Provided option for tankless system vs. traditional system. Given the amount of work and cost it would take to convert to tankless, chose to remain with two tank system. They were quick, clean and professional. Would recommend and use them again.

Great team, work, price, cleanliness!!

I couldn’t be happier. Laney and his son, Austin, are a delight. They were very conscientious when it came to working around art! Their knowledge and price were very competitive; there were no surprises! They are now my go-to plumber, and I will send referrals their way.

Lanny was professional and kind. The water heater works great. He saved me 47 hundred dollars for the exact system that I almost bought from another company

They showed up on time. Even called and said I'm pulling up right now. Manney the owner did the work himself. Removed the old water heater by himself. I offered to help anyway I could. He cleaned up the area so well. He did an excellent job on the install. Since I wasn't sure which brand was best he went through each. Explained the warranty on each. Now I have an excellent warranty of 10 years. I would highly recommend his company and himself personally. Excellent work. Very clean and tidy. Friendly and approachable for a novice.

The owner came out and was straight forward.

Lanney was very knowledgeable about the Navien tankless water heater. He is a certified installer for the system and explained how the system works. He was also willing to install a kitchen faucet I had received as a gift. He also replaced a faucet in my basement, which he purchased from Home Depot as a courtesy for me, as I am having some health issues. I will be replacing a leaking basement toilet in a few weeks, and he has agreed to do the project also. He is a very easy person to talk to. He listens to your needs and explains the solutions to fix the issue. I would recommend him if you are looking for an honest and hard-working individual.

Lannie came in and explained the system and provided a quote. I accepted his bid and the job was completed the next week. He did a great job, and i would highly recommend him.

Great customer service and price. Will be using for all my future plumbing needs.

Got the job done for a fair price! Professional workers.

Lanney and Austin arrived at the promised time to install our new water heater. We are thrilled with their work, professionalism and their low pricing. We highly recommend them to anyone who may be considering their services.

Good communication, on-time, fair price, and the work was good and fast. Highly recommended.

Fast and efficient.

We recently had a water softener system installed by American Plumbing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with They took the time to explain the installation process. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. Since the install, we’ve already noticed a significant improvement in water quality—softer water, and better overall performance. We highly recommend this company.

All of the upfront sales pitch sounded like if there were any issues Lanny would take care of it immediately. Since the day after installation the valve that the system uses to keep the water warm when the hot water is turned on has made an annoying whistling sound and wakes us up at night. I asked Lanny to replace what I think is a defective valve and first he said our water pressure was too high. I put in a pressure regulator and it was louder. I called again and was told the piping in our house was the issue. I am going to resolve the issue myself and remove the valve so we can sleep at night.

They did a wonderful job and was very nice

It was time for my annual water heater drain and flush. Berry was professional, courteous and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient

Great job, very attentive and much cheaper than other bids.
