I don't often write reviews, however we are so pleased with the job that Americas Best Roofing Company did I wanted to let you all know what you can expect when you hire this company. We are a small 6 unit HOA in South Redondo Beach. Our roof had never been replaced, and sorely need to be. We worked closely with Rene Guerra, the project manager for our roof. Rene was very straight with the bids. We got bids from 3 other roofers. What impressed us was that the bid they gave us initially was close to their final bid. You can count on them to be fair. Also we were impressed by the knowledge and the commitment to putting a roof on that would be beautiful and Last! They were willing to be patient with us through the process it takes to get everything approved by our HOA. The owner dropped by several times to check on the progress and answer any questions we had. i could go on & on but I think you get the picture these guys are good! The crew was great,,, on time, on task, courteous and oh my gosh very hard working! They were responsive every step of the way. We have a beautiful new roof! We could not be more pleased. This company was the most professional of the five from whom we requested bids. Their inspection of the roof/attic was thorough and they did not attempt to push us for more work than we needed. I requested bids for a full re-roof and one for repair. Both were sent to me in excellent detail so I could understand both the extent of the work and the quality of the materials they proposed. I requested changes to their proposals and they resounded promptly. Communication was excellent. Their project manager was here every day to check on the progress of his crew and to consult with me about any possible problems. I highly recommend them.

America's Best Roofing Company was excellent in every capacity. They responded immediately with a very fair estimate. What was promised was executed perfectly in a very timely manner. The crew was responsible, respectful and diligent in completing the job. My property was left clean and no one would guess that major work had been performed. EXCELLENT CHOICE!
