Team of movers packed and loaded all the stuff in the van. At the other end of the move, the residence had a lift, it was just as efficient with boxes going from the lorry to the lobby and then up without too much accumulation in the lobby. After unpacking everything, we did not find any damage or loss.

The service was excellent and my particular mover was accommodating, professional, considerate, and friendly and above all they did all tasks quickly. Highly recommended!

They were cautious, fast and wrapped all my furniture really carefully. Everything went better than expected. They were super eager to put things as close to the final spot as they could to reduce moving for us and also helped us reassemble the bed frame when we arrived.

I set the move up for one day but then had to change the date. I thought I would have to cancel and have some sort of penalty but the office staff was helpful and accommodating. They called the drivers, rearranged and found a time and date quickly that they could work it in. I know they did the right thing by me. Thanks again guys

Specifically, we appreciate your prompt responses to our questions, specifically your helpful advice when we had special questions regarding what is allowed in the container. Regarding the packaging - the movers came on time and were efficient.

On the day the team was fantastic, we were packed up and ready to go by 12:00. Amazing effort by the team. At the final destination nothing was too much trouble for the team, they even moved some furniture left in a bedroom by the previous owners. For a great service I would recommend these guys for house moves.

I was quoted $6700. They ended up charging me $12,000. Communication with dispatch was horrible. Lack of communication and rude. The only thing that was good were the people that actually moved my stuff. Everything else about the experience was horrible. I was told my belongings would be to my new home in about three days. When I called to ask where my stuff was, I was told that I should have never been told 3 days and that they had 7-21 days to deliver my belongings. Offered me rush shipping for another $2,000 (rush gets it there in a week). Save yourself and hire someone else.
