My initial experience with the technician was poor but after calling and talking with their customer service rep the issue was resolved promptly. The owner came and finished the job personally and apologized for my inconvenience. Their level of communication and professionalism is worth going back. Such great customer service which is rare to find in this day and time.

Thomas serviced our home and was on time and completed the job within one hour. He was easy to work with and was very informative every step of the way in fixing our AC problem. We didn't have to wait long for relief from the heat. We would definitely recommend them to any of our neighbors and will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Pricey, and very vague about work warranty.

"We do offer quality work at a great competitive price. Our warranty we offer is stated on your invoice (60 days labor). We could not offer a manufactures warranty of 1 year since we did not replace any part on your system. The previous company you had out before us stated they fixed the issue and weeks later you called us to fix the issue correctly. Again we are sorry you feel this way. Thermostat Installation and Replacement
Great service from a great company. Glad I found them for this project. The technician who arrived was very personable and knew what he was doing. He pointed out some things with my aging system that will need replacing but didn't pressure me to replace. Just advised so when ready I can take care of it. Other companies in the past would try to force the repair at the moment - not America's Heating and Air. Great company.
