We contracted with America's New Remodeling to renovate our second floor bathroom and to install a new bathroom in the basement. Jorge was prompt and proactive in responding to our initial query and developing a good plan. The team worked efficiently and came up with some creative ideas to improve the final product. The basement project stretched out a bit longer than ideal, but that was due to the difficulties and delay in getting a shower door that had been ordered. We're very pleased with the final results.

They were very efficient and polite. I was having a French drain dug around the outside of my crawl space. We also had a leaky valve that was causing a lot of water to build up, and they helped me locate it!

They were the only company, out of several I contacted, who answered their phone, made an appointment with me, and followed through. They were early to the appointment; took a professional look at the job; recommended ways I can help him out to prepare before I hired him (if I hired him), and gave a price that was in the ballpark of what one other company estimated (on the phone, not in person). He followed up by text when he didn't hear from me, and once I hired him, they were on time and completed the work within a few hours. I would hire them again in an instant.

They are very professional and guide you to the details of the job.

I ran into a structural problem while another firm was remodeling my basement. My guy couldn't fix the problem and until it was fixed my project was stalled. This firm came out the next day and took care of the problem and was very competent. They were incredibly responsive.
