I would highly recommend this company. I like the fact that once one of their workers starts on your project that they come out until job is completed. I had another company in the past that tried to juggle multiple projects at the same time so project took twice as long. Also liked that they were very neat and clean. Workmanship is superb. My new bathroom looks amazing.

They kept me informed about the timing of the install and they even managed to do the install in one day, instead of the two mentioned previously. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and helpful. The new quartz countertops are beautiful and the installation was very well done. The price was among the lowest of the people we looked at, but we feel that their work was even better than their price.

This contractor is amazing. They were timely to each appointment. They were able to find remnants that matched my granite when I did not have enough. The install went smoothly. They operate the way I wish all contractors did. They kept the space relatively tidy, cleaned up after themselves, hauled off the old countertop... they went above and beyond. I will hire them for again- no question.

They went out of their way to make sure everything was ready before installation. They even fixed problems that were found once work was started

Viktor was the primary contractor on my new bathroom project. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the final product. Viktor was very reliable and always showed up when he said he would. If he was going to be a few minutes late, he would always call. The entire project took about 4 weeks from demolition to final inspection. Overall, I am very happy with America's Dream Home Works and I would definitely recommend their services!

Amazing service from start to finish. Everyone on the team from the on-site crew were a pleasure to work with and always professional. They listened carefully to what we wanted, gave us options to save money, and delivered a high-quality product on time and on budget. 12 weeks for a complete first floor remodel including kitchen, bath, laundry and 500+ sq. foot addition! We couldn't be happier with the work and recommend ADH highly to anyone with needs big or small.

The quality of the trades people in this company far exceeds what I expected. They take no shortcuts! Serge did an excellent job on all of the tile work and quickly followed up when there were any issues. Fred and Alex are very skilled and talented at all that they do (which was everything else). I recently had a plank in my engineered floor delaminate. Fred came out, removed the plank and replaced it in about an hour, even though this was more a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue. The people that worked in my home were very conscientious and ethical. And Happy! There was always music and singing.

There was a small leak under the sink. They drove an hour and a half to take five minutes to hand tighten it, which I could have done myself. That is how much they care.

Everyone we talk to at ADH is very friendly, knowledgeable, and want to do the right thing. We will use them again.

We just completed a total remodel of our pantry, kitchen and master bathroom. We also had them re-do all of the siding and installed new doors and windows. They also refinished all of the hard wood floors in the house and everything is gorgeous! We reviewed 3 companies and are so happy we picked these guys!! We almost didn't because they are based out of Sacramento and we live in Scotts Valley. Mark had the fellas stay in a hotel close to here so I didn't even notice any difference! They had the knowledge to guide us to get exactly what we wanted! The workers were very friendly and a joy to work with. We are so happy with what they did we are already are in the works to have them remodel a second bathroom in our home! I highly recommend this company. Mark has an excellent skilled crew and everything went very smoothly!

This company is amazing and did a fabulous job. They kept me up to date with calls as to progress of project. The day of install they got here early and installed the granite countertops that look absolutely wonderful. Even matching best they could to the backsplash. Very wonderful to deal with and they even patched a little hole in my ceiling left by previous electrician who did not patch after installing can lights at no extra charge. They cleaned up and were done all in 1 day. Will hire them for any projects I have in the future. If you had more than 5 stars they would get it.

Said they would be there between 9-11. They were there at nine. They had a drive that was over an hour, and got here on time.

Had a quote (they were the highest of all my bids) told me to go pick Granite and what level of Granite to pick out. Did that got counters installed then got bill for 15% more because I was told the granite was more. did not tell me prior to cutting counters or prior to installing told me after they installed the cost was more due to the Granite picked from vendor they directed me too. Install was done in one day I was there until 9:30pm because they wanted to do it in one day and would not come back. Damaged the wall and brick in my wet bar with installation. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The fabricator was not a very expert professional. I had to point out the "no nos". Plenty of stone cutting was done in my back yard and a mess was left for me to clean. The edge of the quarts was cut "flat" rather than round. The Fawcett was installed backward, etc.

I recently had my upstairs Master Bathroom remodeled. I had received (5) separate quotes from contractors during the bid process. With a job so large, I wasnt about to just hire anyone. I researched extensively with the CA - CSLB. I then researched extensively for past reviews clients who had similar work done. During this process, I quickly eliminated three of the five contractors. I could not get three of them to provide me with one past client that could verify their work. So, then It came down to two companies. I asked these two companies a series of questions (see below) and only received a verbal response from one. Needless to say, that was the hired contractor, which was Americas Dream Home Works. 1. How does their material affect the cleaning process, marble, tiles etc...Is their product more on the top-of-the-line side and rating? What are your thoughts about fiberglass? 2. Also, do You Guarantee Your Work? Also if any, what warranty do you provide after everything is all done for materials and installation? Sometimes, water leaks dont tend to show up unless a few months have gone by 3. Do You Carry General Liability Insurance? 4. Do You Carry Workers Compensation Insurance? 5. Do you have any references, which I may speak with for installations that you have completed in this fashion? I figure, if I am remodeling an entire master bathroom, then any bidding contractor should be able to take his/her time and answer these simple questions (above) Work performed (1). Demo to include - removal of double-vanity with counter tops, sinks, faucets. Remove bathtub, medicine cabinet, toilet and tile. (2). Install new pipes for a total reformation for a tub-to-shower-conversion, with new marble walls AND installing new Rain Massage shower fixtures (3). Install new ceiling fan w/electric automatic sensor lighting. (4). Install new double-vanity w/counter tops, sinks, faucets, medicine cabinet, vanity lighting, toilet, tile and baseboards. (5). for the final touches, Eugene painted the bathroom for a brand new look. My project coordinator was Natalie T. She was wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. She was responsive to any questions I had. She kept in touch throughout the remodel process. Now, I cant say enough good things about Eugene. Eugene was the Master Bathroom remodeler who handled, worked, handcrafted and beautified this entire project in a two-week timeframe. Eugene handled everything from dealing with the city inspector during inspections thru the final and passed inspection. I will say one thing about both Natalie and Eugene. During the process of my Master Bathroom remodel, I discovered that my other upstairs bathrooms showerhead began leaking. I asked Eugene if he would be able to replace the shower fixtures along with replacing new faucets . I thought, why research and hire a plumber and why not ask Eugene (well aware of his expertise) with the Master Bathroom remodel. Eugene was first sk

ADHW was great to work with! I called two other contractors to get quotes, but it was clear that ADHW is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and knows how to do the job properly. I had several items in the contract including installing a new front door, tearing down a carport, insulating the house, gutters, and new Hardie siding with trim. One contractor I got an estimate from (who was supposed to be reputable) actually wanted to leave the old siding up and put the new siding on top of the old and his price was greater than ADHW's whole contract value for JUST the siding?!?!? Being a female, one thing I really liked about ADHW is that Mark (during estimating/contracting) and his construction team (Vadim, Mike, and the whole crew) never talked down to me or pulled any sales man type of tactics, which the other contractor did. The other contractor used lines like "if anyone tells you they can do it for less, they're lying..." and "are you sure you want to..." or "this is how you need to do...", which I find to be demeaning and condescending as an educated female that knows how to do her research, how to build things herself, and knows quality work. ADHW treated me as an equal and also treated me and my home with respect. Having done many home improvement projects on my own, I had many questions during the estimating process and some changes before we solidified the contract. Mark was great at getting back to me within a day or two and answered all of my questions in detail. They accommodated my changes without issue. As with any construction project, during construction there were a couple of snafus that arose. No matter how much you plan, this just always happens. However, the team was able to take care of everything by talking through things with me, answering my questions, and by resolving the task in a timely fashion. The crew worked fast and efficiently but also took the time to do the job right. Not having seen a siding project up close and being used to handling projects on my own, I had several moments where I was nervous because I wasn't sure of the process. If I mentioned something, Vadim would walk me through and tell me the next steps. And, in the end, all the final finishing touches like the caulking and trim painting just polished it all off. My house looks amazing and I get excited every time I come home. If I have to say one thing, which I feel is very minor and wasn't a biggie to me at all, was that there was just a couple of times where I didn't expect the crew/staff and they showed. I think once was just a miscommunication between the construction crew or I misunderstood and that was when the normal lead let me know he wouldn't be there on the Saturday so I didn't expect the crew, but the crew did come on the Saturday. To me, this just showed me that they're hard workers. The other time was when the alternate lead stopped by to rehang stuff without giving me a heads up. I was home, so it didn't bother me a

We recently did a complete overhaul on the exterior of our house - dry rot repair, new siding and trim, new windows, and painting of gutters, etc. We got bids from several companies but ultimately selected America's Dream HomeWorks because they were personable, professional and provided a competitive bid. I'm happy with the choice we made! Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and answered our questions. While we had a lot of work done, they completed the entire project in just one week. It was much quicker and easier than we anticipated.

We have contacted America's Dream HomeWorks for the renovation needs of the Marvista Apartments Complex in Rancho Cordova, CA. The City of Rancho Cordova has issues a list of corrections for our complex and we knew we needed someone very reliable and trustworthy that we and our resident could count on. The renovation - remodeling contractor needed to perform top quality work to stand for long term and the work needed to be performed at timely matter along with safety and cleanliness concerns as must at all time. After doing careful and deep review of the possibly qualifying contractors we had to select ADH as they stood out as the only company that could perform all the required work with the kind of care we needed. We felt that based on ADH excellent track record of 15 years as one of top reputation remodeling, siding, windows and doors and general contractor we could totally depend on them to deliver the service, quality work and dependable materials we were needed. We needed Repair and Replacement and/or Repair Of Old Wood Siding and Stucco on Exterior Walls of 4 Large Apartment Unit, followed with some Structural Wood Frame Members Replaced in Preparation for Installation New Vinyl Siding and Fiber Cement Siding, the Decks of Each of 40 Apartment Units had to be modified including new flashing and railing works. We also needed the replacement of new windows and doors, the new double pane windows were needed to replace the existing single pane aluminum windows.
