Chris McLaran came in a car with a friend and a sewer snake on Saturday 1.14.23. I have not received a receipt. They also stated there would be a 3 year warranty, if any issues return service would be free. I would like that in writing. As well as my receipt.

We had a clogged shower drain. After being contacted by Chris, he promptly showed up and unclogged the drain. He was neat and very professional. He got the drain opened fast. I have to say that I had an “alleged” master plumber come before Chris he worked for about an hour and couldn’t unclog the drain said he would have someone else come out but still charged me a fee for coming out. America’s Plumbing is the best, I would recommend them for drain issues.

Sorry for the misunderstanding with the job! I know we had come out there to take care of the initial drain cleaning. From what we have in our history here is that the additional job was scheduled for the following Friday which is not here yet! If there is anything we can do to satisfy you guys let us know we thrive for customers service and would not be happy leaving your property tomorrow with your satisfaction!!
