I was very impressed with Scott and his workers. Scott explained how they will do the job step by step and very knowledgeable on what he does. They did everything expected all in one day! Later I had to call Scott to let him know that the kitchen lights were not working he returned the next day to fix the problem. I will have him back to service my air conditioning unit. Already have told my family members about this company.

Scott the owner was here to supervise the work. He was knowledgable and explained our options. We actually learned alot! It was a nice experience. I will hire Americool in the future! 🙂

Scott made some great recommendations and didn't seem to want to include add-ons that weren't necessary. As an example, I asked about a gable fans but he identified that the roof was already well ventilated. He also did a great job educating me about blown insulation. He showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The only complaint I have was that his work crew knocked some of the recessed lighting around doing some minor cosmetic damage to the ceiling. I identified the damage and his solution was to reseat the fixtures without really fixing the damaged drywall.

Prompt Clean and reasonable

Scott is very honest, professional and punctual. Work was a good value and quality comparing with others that tried to price you based on value of your home. I would definitely hire Americool for my next Project.

Friendly, competent, honest

It's rare to find an honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, no-nonsense Heating/AC contractor who is also prompt and does quality work for a good price. And finding one who is also licensed to install wall and attic insulation is even more difficult to find. But I found all of those qualities in Americool. Scott (the owner) and his crew were prompt, courteous, and did a great job replacing my furnace and AC coil and condenser, installing an automatic attic fan, blowing insulation in the exterior walls, and adding more insulation in the attic. He and his crew also spent extra time stepping up to the challenge and adding a large duct for a second air return even though there was very little attic space and it was a very hot day. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Scott from start to finish. He's a very friendly guy, no pressure and no games. He told me beforehand what he would do, and he and his crew did exactly that. Scott also prepared and gave me the energy rebate paperwork for the qualifying attic and wall insulation additions. I'm surprised that there aren't more reviews for Americool. Thanks Scott!
