The crew started the job by moving the barrels that the City put in front of my drive. Even though they were informed of this 3 days prior, they moved the barrels and drove over my not-yet cured curb. They also cut my very clearly marked Metronet cable and I was without internet (I work from home and need it) for 3 days. The sales rep and the customer service department did not answer my phone calls and have not contacted me in 10 days. The crew was very nice (no English) and cleaned up after the job. The work was good quality.

Lumber prices have soared due to pandemic and supply constraints. Our 20 year old privacy fence was done, about to fall down and we just had to get it replaced! I got 4 quotes from fencing contractors. Amerifence worked with me to give me the best price and terms. They answered all my questions, explained their materials, their installation process, showed me samples, sent me pictures of what it would look like finished and explained the reasons why they do it the way they do. I'm a DIYer, I have done fencing and know what's what, so no fooling me! Our yard is somewhat challenging due to a elevation and width changing drainage swell in our back yard. They handled it very well. Their crew showed up on time, on the scheduled day, even though the weather was atrocious and I was expecting them to reschedule. They had the old fence down and hauled off, new fence with gates installed in 8 hours time with adequate clean up. This is a major project with lots of foot traffic so there has to be some minor turf disruption occur and I was expecting it. But they kept it to a minimum and spread the dirt our well. Our fence turned out beautiful, and I'm sure we will get another 18-20 years out of this one two. I have read some of the complaints on here. Not sure about them? Some people have unreasonable expectations and are never happy. My experience with Amerifence was great from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Yes, I would recommend Amerifence. I was able to get an affordable fence put my Husky and my kids to enjoy the backyard. There were some problems initially and the owner came out and immediately addressed our concerns. Mike Speek stuck to his word and rekindled my faith in a fencing contractor. Thank you.

Amerifence needs to learn what customer service is all about and following up on to ensure proper installs. My fence is 2.5 years old and already having all posts pulled up and concreted into the ground. There was none. Posts and many pickets have been in very poor shape since install. The owner was to personally deliver me some pickets, so I could replace what needed and never showed. Phone calls are not returned. Will never recommend or use Amerifence again.

I have been trying for a month and a half to get a price for repair parts. They keep telling me they will get back with me but never call back. They say they are very busy, but do not have time to just give me the price on three pieces to repair my fence that was damaged by my neighbors lawn company. THEY ARE TERRIBLE FOR FOLLOW UP SERVICE.

The first employee to arrive refused to install the fence. The owner came out 2 or 3 days later and did an excellent job on the fence. Very nice man, excellent job. I would probably do it again.

I've had two fences installed by this company. Their Premium price, which was ok with me, provided they provided ‘premium’ work. The first fence they installed went pretty well. It was delayed by a few days, but although I paid EXTRA for dirt removal, didn’t happen. This left my dogs eating the leftover dirt and rocks. After a few days of No Show, my wife and I ended up cleaning up the mess ourselves. I decided to give them another shot. Salesperson had been a nice guy, so I called them back to install the fence at my new house. Installation was scheduled for 10/15/18 and the fence was completed on time except for one minor detail… they neglected to bring along the latch for the gate!!! Having no latch clearly defeats the purpose of the gate so a Latch seemed a little necessary to me. We had to put an attractive bungee cord around the gate until they could come back and install this little overlooked detail. I was assured that the latch would be installed the next day. After three days, it was finally installed. In addition, well, my dogs are still eating the concrete mix and dragging in mud, since – well once again, I paid for dirt removal and once again, they did not clean it up. Will I receive a REFUND???? Seemed logical to me….however there has been CRICKETS from this outfit as far as refund or a clean-up crew. Both my wife and I called and texted our salesman Zach, who assured me the dirt would be removed immediately. Sadly, however, after days and days, clean up crew is still a No Show and my dogs are still enjoying Rock Chewing, and are still happily tracking in mud from the dirt remaining all over the yard. We will never hire them again. To my neighbors, well, if you are fine with paying for services never rendered, receiving No Refund for these Never-Rendered-Services, then having the company even refuse to get back with you, then these guys are GREAT! Knock yourselves out. For us however, Third time is NOT a charm. Find somebody else.

Great service. Quick to respond with additional questions. Scheduled and the installers showed up and work very hard and got the job done fast and efficiently. Only thing was the various leftover mounds of dirt that were left from the house that they dug for the posts. I had to shovel all of the mounds and rid myself.

Amerifence did an awsome job from begining to end of the process of installing my fence. Had a couple of hiccups but they straightened them out quickly and efficiently over my expectations. Janis was such a great help on EVERYTHING. My installation was completed in 6hrs. The reactions from my neighbors alone when they came home from work and thier children and pets could no longer run through the back of my house was PRICELESS! Thank you Amerifence.

Arrived on time. Completed the job and cleaned up after. They left all the dirt removed for post...which came in handy to fill around the post once the cemwnt was cured.

Mike and Frank did a superb job on my fence! Shannon and Vicky (at the home office) were excellent too. Customer service was top notch. The fence looks great and was exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend and use this service again.

I had hired Amerifence to install my fence.. I have given an 800 dollar deposit and scheduled my install.. which I had picked specifically because I was having a barn delivered from Bloomingdale.. The girl at the office moved my appointment without notifying me.. So the company no call no showed on the day I had expected them.. I had even called 5 days ahead to verify the appointment.. I called once it was getting too late and Victoria, had then notified me they had moved my date. I still needed their help that day to take down the fence so I could have the barn installed, and Victoria said that is your problem and then hung up. So then I had called and left multiple messages for Frank the owner.. He followed up with me 3 days later and said he could only credit me back 45 dollars.. I was asking for at least 50 to compensate the gentlemen who I had paid to take down the fence.. He said he couldn't and was firm on 45.. Shannon the only gentlemen from their sales department was the only one to help.. He had understood my situation, and came out himself to help me prop a temporally fence to keep my dogs in.. Then I had issues with then not wanting to do the work due to the temporary fencing, and wanted to charge an additional 200 to take down the fence. I said I would do but then they said they wouldn't start the work until they had proof it was down.. I notified them that I work two jobs and wouldn't be able to, then Victoria again said they couldn't do anything for me. So I fired them and began to look for a different company.. I am yet to be refunded my 800 dollars..

Mine was a very small project. The initial scheduling for the project was a bit fluid do to their scheduling. I was originally told the project would likely take only a couple hours. However, after they got started they were called away and didn't get back to finish it up a week later when I called the office.
