"Our air testing covers square footage and we exceeded this by doing more samples than needed. This is a misunderstanding of this industry process and services provided. There was also a misunderstanding about testing and mitigation. We don't do both as that is a conflict of interest. The customer did not give us a chance to properly explain or learn this process, or remedy it before leaving this review."
