Spent $15,000 for 2 a/c units to be installed when I purchased my house in 2019. I did this to have nice running economical units. I have had nothing but problems, they were programmed wrong and have cost us a lot to run. Last month, one unit froze up and they wanted to charge me $1300 to fix ( part under warranty) I had another certified repair man replace the part for $500. Ameritech Company was awful and did not care to take care of a client to make good on it. I also had to add Freon the first year I owned it? I was charged for it. I was informed by my new repair company that they programmed the units wrong most likely leading to the damages and high utility cost. They don?t take ownership and filing to go to court because they would not do anything to help.

"We have explained the situation to you on multiple occasions. We provided a price to complete the non-labor warranty repair which you refused. We explained you can use a different contractor which you did. We are not responsible for paying that contractor."

Very professional installers. Came when scheduled and did a clean job. Thanks. I feel the quantity of air coming through the vents is not as much as the old system. Maybe it ramps up and down?

The salesman Bob was great. There was no pressure and he was as professional as they come. Barnabe installed my new system and again he was very professional and paid attention to even the smallest detail. They were very experienced and clean. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in the market for a new A/C unit.

They replaced our unit inside and out. They started around 8am and were done by 4pm. The men were very respectful and worked non-stop. We are pleased with everything that was done.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
Friendly and reliable staff. Got the job done in one day. I had everything replaced, Conpressor, air handler, wiring, copper pipes, and ducts. They started at 9pm and finished around 630pm with 2 people. Very respectful men, and the service rep, Bob, was amazing. Best price for the quality of labor and product in the greater Orlando area.

Scheduling the estimate was easy, they showed up on time, and the estimate was completed with no issues. They gave us a good price compared to 2 other companies and didn't try to sell us on anything more than what we needed. They scheduled our install within a few days, showed up on time, and completed the entire project (replacing both the indoor and outdoor units) in a single day. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Throughout the entire process from beginning to end they did an excellent job of communicating with us. I would highly recommend Ameritech.

We had an air conditioner replaced by Ameritech last month. Bob Frauman came to our house to give us an estimate first. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He knew about the Duke Energy rebate program and how that worked. Other A/C companies who gave us estimates didn't even know about the rebate program. The A/C was installed on time with no mess left. The inspector who came later said the installation was done correctly. We would definitely recommend Ameritech to anyone who needs a new air conditioner.
