The team at Ameritech far exceeded my expectations. They showed up exactly when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit, and had it fixed super quick and for an unbelievable price. In this summer heat, getting ac issues fixed quickly are tantamount. I must give a big thank you to the whole Ameritech team for their knowledge, speed, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area.

Recently received service for AC repair.. technicians Elias and Ken both worked late hours just to help us and fix the problem/replace the compressor. Meghan facilitated everything including the warranty that we didnâ t know we still have from almost 10 years ago. Highly recommend them! thank you everyone for your help and great service!

Very please with Dan, he was a very knowledgeable tech. I was impressed that he didn't push to have a capacitor replaced with it only being a little out of tolerance, but gave American made names for replacements that I could find online myself. Still waiting for a quote for my duct work repaired/replaced.

They replaced our unit inside and out. They started around 8am and were done by 4pm. The men were very respectful and worked non-stop. We are pleased with everything that was done.

Friendly and reliable staff. Got the job done in one day. I had everything replaced, Conpressor, air handler, wiring, copper pipes, and ducts. They started at 9pm and finished around 630pm with 2 people. Very respectful men, and the service rep, Bob, was amazing. Best price for the quality of labor and product in the greater Orlando area.

Scheduling the estimate was easy, they showed up on time, and the estimate was completed with no issues. They gave us a good price compared to 2 other companies and didn't try to sell us on anything more than what we needed. They scheduled our install within a few days, showed up on time, and completed the entire project (replacing both the indoor and outdoor units) in a single day. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Throughout the entire process from beginning to end they did an excellent job of communicating with us. I would highly recommend Ameritech.

We had an air conditioner replaced by Ameritech last month. Bob Frauman came to our house to give us an estimate first. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He knew about the Duke Energy rebate program and how that worked. Other A/C companies who gave us estimates didn't even know about the rebate program. The A/C was installed on time with no mess left. The inspector who came later said the installation was done correctly. We would definitely recommend Ameritech to anyone who needs a new air conditioner.
