We had our attic insulated with Ultra Max. Amazing results. In winter we lowered our thermostat because the third floor got warm easily. In summer the air conditioner ran way less. We can even go into our attic space in summer and not die of heatstroke. We also replaced our front door with a super energy efficient front door - no more cold breezes that made the ground floor lobby area unpleasantly cold.

The windows are great. The installers did a great job. The customer service is excellent. If there's a problem they come right out. They are very expensive.

They were very professional, did it in a timely manner, though they are quite expensive. I would hire them again.

I am very unhappy, Many of the reviews on other review sites seem to lead to them not doing what they said they would do and that is what they did for me. When I expressed my unhappiness I was told, "Thanks for the feedback" and that was it. They cashed my checks and didn't bother to call back. The gutters leak and drip, Water piles up in them in the far end. They cut through my deck after on project day they said they could go around. They cut up some of my plastic piping so they didn't have to get extra pieces to finish a down spout. These Gutters were not cheap and hardly work, very unhappy. The project is already done but I am not happy with the results.

One of our primary reasons for selecting this firm was our misunderstanding that they actually made the windows, and all of the installers worked exclusively for the firm. There was a bit of a disconnect in determining exactly when the installation would take place because the manufacturer in PA could not give exact dates, and the installers also do work for other firms. However, the company's coordinator did work hard to ensure that our windows would be in on time (although two windows were not ordered in the correct sizes-- necessitating a return trip), and all of the installers were very courteous, competent, and professional. We are very satisfied with the end result.

Definitely worth every penny! Great service, price was good, delivery and install was on-time and we even asked them to expedite a little because of an event we were having.

Overall, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the entire process. From the product display to the installation! The salesman was knowledgeable and made honest recommendations for us to consider. There was no high pressure selling involved. The windows were delivered about 8 weeks after we signed the contract and the actual installation took about 4 hours. We're happy and ready to replace the next set of windows. The price is a hard bite, but you probably know by now, you get what you pay for.

Pressured to sign contract. Cleanup was with vacuum only, no magnet. Caulk work was awful. Broke expensive Italian hand painted lamp. Cust. service notified, failed to do nothing. Called me to to purchase patio door. Refused until I am reimbursed for broken lamp. Moved furniture to install windows but did not put furniture back. Cust. service just awful. E-mails sent to salesman Kirk. Never responded. Not good business in social media world. Bad news travels fast. Nice windows but not worth money. Was told by installers I would receive warranty information in mail. Never received paperwork.

These are very expensive windows. My fiance and I were pressured to sign a contract the same night as the presentation. The windows will not be installed for 60-90 days. I will update my rating when the project is complete.

Prompt, professional service. My window replacement was a small job and I was rejected by other big box retailers for the same job. We are very pleased with the results

They came out, gave me a quote on 2 doors - 1 sliding/1 not, they made the doors to specification here in the states & worked around my schedule for the install. During the install, water damage was found from the initial construction of the house - they fixed this & completed the install all under 6 hours - would have sworn it would have taken 10! The guys were great to work with & cleaned up after themselves. Had a 3rd door replaced by another company - it is now leaking -wish I had used this 1 for all 3 doors!!

I have no complaints with Amertech. They were all very professional from Wendy in the office to the Carpenters Mike,Larry and Shawn that did the work. They were very clean. At the end of each day they clean up and left the work area neat. When the job was completed they made sure I was 100 percent satisfied.

Expensive windows, but I'm hopeful that we have gotten high quality. No comparison utility bill yet, but the windows look great and they block noise from outside extremely well. The windows arrived in the time described by the salesman, and they were installed just a few days later. What was described as a one day job was actually two, but the installers were very nice and professional. They cleaned up the house after install. Very pleased with the work.

Everyone was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. If I called and had to leave a message, Patrick always called back. Great company to deal with. Yes I would use them again if needed.

We hired Ameritech to replace the siding our house. The only issue I had was that they said the project would start between Christmas and the end of January and they didn't start until a couple of weeks later because they were behind due to weather. While I understand weather can put a crew behind schedule, I had to follow up to see what the status was and would have expected them to let me know when they realized they were going to be behind that my project wouldn't start within the window initially stated. The siding looks great, though and we've received many compliments from our neighbors!

I hired Ameritech to install an 8' sliding glass door in my home. It took the installers 1/2 day to put the door in and it is awesome. The installers did a great job, didn't track any dirt into my home, taking their shoes off when they came inside or, in the construction area, laid down a tarp to catch any dirt/debris. The door is awesome! It has a bolt lock that goes up and down into hardware that's attached to the frame so the door cannot be jimmied open like normal "hook-type" locks you see on sliding glass doors. This door also has no drafts as far as i can tell and seems to be sealed super tight. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Ameritech's workmanship and attention to detail are top-notch, precisely what is needed when making a large dollar investment in a home improvement project. We recommend Ameritech without reservation.

The project took twice the time contracted. I had to constantly hound the supervisor, in the end I am satisfied not to argue my points of concearn, and except that it will not meet my full expectations. I guess I am a little too " NIT-PICKY" as the supervisor Dewey,( in his T-shirt with holes ) told me I was. However the siding was perfect , I guess caulking and trim don't matter as much.

Good products, good prices. Fast and courteous contact at the beginning, delivery on schedule. The side-lights to the door we ordered weren't available, so Ameritech upgraded them at no additional charge. The installation was on time and efficient, and very well done. The workmen were neat and polite and got the job done quickly. The door looks fantastic. Very pleased all around, and we are recommending them to friends.
