Other than playing telephone tag to speak to them, because my phone goes to Voicemail if it doesn't recognize the phone number, everything went great. They appointment was scheduled for a time I would be home. The technician called and said he would be a bit late. He wasn't too late, about 10 minutes. Very friendly person who did a very good job. He took care to stay away from my Cockatiel while spraying inside. They called and said they wanted to come back as a follow up. I called and canceled because there was no need for them to come out.

The person that treated our home and yard for big headed ants was very curteous and knowledgeable. He explained what type of ants we had and how he was going to treat everything and that he would come back a week later to follow up. I noticed that the ants were pretty much gone from inside the house the next day. What a difference before and after treatment. Found out my neighbor uses them too, even though I hired them through Home Advisor, Angie's list. Would recommend them to anyone who asks for good honest pest control service.

The crew that trimmed my overgrown 4 olive & 1 mahogany trees arrived early in the morning on the day they promised. They were courteous and listened to how I wanted the trees trimmed and then cut them as requested. They brought enough workers to collect all the trimmings and took them away as promised. It was a huge job for any tree service company, but hey stayed all day until everything was finished. I was very satisfied with their service and would hire then again.

Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
The first visit went well. Chase was very personable and knowledgeable as we walked and viewed the lawn. He then treated the weeds and applied fertilizer. He checked in with me when finished and said to call if I needed.

I have an ongoing ant problem. The sales professional explained in detail what was going on, and what they would do to keep it under control. He was very professional and courteous. The service man came and treated in and out of my home and really did a thorough job. He too was very kind and courteous. We have since only seen a ant or two. I have hired Ameritech to do regular routine maintenance. Price is very good for the year and they do not charge for every little thing. I highly recommend this company.
