Zach was very friendly on the phone, quoted us a fair price, and was able to come do our job within a couple days. However, he arrived unprepared, lacking the necessary equipment, spent some time discussing with us what equipment he needed to be safe, and then left for 3 hours to pick up the rental. Our project was not complex - just a 2nd story gutter clean, but Zach did not have a ladder tall enough and then the ladder he ended up renting was not really tall enough to be safe. He ultimately found a portion of our gutter too complicated to reach. We mutually agreed to have him stop work at that point. Overall, Zach is a friendly guy, but we did not feel that he had the best judgment and were worried about his safety.

Zach was on time. Discussed what he would do but unfortunately one downspout was not cleared due to location of clog. He worked hard for several hours and cleared the gutters and reconnected some loose areas. I was pleased with his service.

Zach called promptly [same day] job completed 4 days later per my request. Zach was friendly, and quite flexible. His price was quite reasonable. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.
