Amiano and Son Construction, LLC

We hired them because they were the cheapest, then once hired it went from 115k to 150-170k then once done, it went to 250k. We got rid of unnecessary upcharges, settled on a little over 200k. Shoddy work all over. Everything was half assed, and they stopped responding to us.

We have engaged Amiano and Son Construction for two projects. One an 850 sq. ft, addition to our home which included a kitchen remodel, eat-in area, game room, home theatre and covered porch. Love, love all the work done on my home and the process was smooth and not stressful. Currently, Amiano & Son Construction is finishing up a four commercial bathroom renovations at my place of employment. Quality of work is excellent, staff is friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend them to friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised that a contractor could be so thorough up front with the estimate and not later try and gouge me for every little thing....and be the lowest bidder all at the same time. They managed the project all the way through and exceeded my expectations. They were on the job almost every day for the 3 months it took to add a 2nd story as well as extend the back of the house 12 ft and add an attached 3 car garage. We are very happy with the outcome and also very happy we did not have to go through any of the horror stories you here for some contractors.

We hired Amiano and Son to help with our kitchen remodel. The design was amazing, with even better results. For it being a contruction site in my house, they did a great job of containing everything to the kitchen area so we could still use the rest of our house. Very excited with our new kitchen.

I had a large remodel and addition done to my house. It included... 8x17 addition to my kitchen, tear down and rebuild of my family room, movement of my driveway, expansion and movement of my garage, large master bedroom/bath suite addition built and a large porch addition built. Amiano Construction and their employees made this renovation easy. They were there every step of the way helping us make decisions and giving us great ideas. They exceeded every expectation and completed work quickly. I plan to use them again when we redo our basement and add a deck. I highly recommend.

Love this company. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is beacause we are in the middle of the construction, but so far so good. They seem to be moving way ahead of schedule. Wendy and Lou are both very easy to work with. They answer all of your questions promptly and fix any issues that may come up quickly. Rick is the head of my job and is just awesome. He makes sure that the job site is always clean and that the work gets done correctly and he is always there to answer my questions and walk me throught the process. I am very happy that we hired them for our large remodel. I will update once the job is completed.

Lou Jr is very friendly and knowledgeable. The contractors he utilizes work quickly and professionally. We're at the beginning of our project, but I am very impressed with the work done. I would recommend Amiano and Son Construction to friends and family.

The contractor determined a schedule and met every date. I could not be more happy with anyone else. I was informed both by telephone and every communique was followed up by a written e-mail memo. This contractor performance was nothing less than outstanding.

They did a great job for us.

The project manager, Rob, did an excellent job in communicating the steps in the process, providing creative suggestions on the final design, coordinating with the workers and township inspectors, handling any issues (which were minor and expected) and making sure we were satisfied through the entire build. The end result is a beautiful room completed on time and within the budget.

We were please with the original estimate from Amiano & Sons, we have hired them and are waiting for final plans and permits. Hope to begin construction within the month. So far so good. Very nice people to deal with.

We have just hire Lou Amiano to build a 2,000sq ft extension to our home which will be a 4 month project due to start as soon as our township releases the permits. Thank you.
