Very kind movers and responsive customer service! After loading up in Houston and getting to San Antonio to unload, the fatigue must have got to them and they seemed to slow down quite a bit towards the end. Granted, it was unloading up on the 3rd floor of an apartment so the stairs can surely wear someone out, but if my husband and his friend weren't there to help out and push them, they wouldn't have finished in time.

They used my towels to wrap things without asking me. I guess they wanted to save on moving supplies, They charged me for four wardrobe boxes but used one for things other than wardrobe. The estimated packing time was 3 hours but ended up being 8.5. I was told 3 men who were professional movers that worked for them were coming. When arriving there was one man, his teenage brother, and the brother's friend who was maybe 14. I feel ripped off and unless I get satisfactory rebate I'm going to post my story. This is horrible.

They were on time and did an excellent job. I can’t say enough good things about them and the care they took moving the items. They even helped mount a large mirror on the wall and were happy to do it. They were very nice and kind with positive personalities and diligence!!!!
