Friendly, happy husband and wife team. Kept saying would do everything to make it right. First few days 2 people did work, then only one. One week job turned into three weeks, agreed to a discount, then stopped showing up to complete the job until paid in full. Finally, the wife showed up for extra money. Another person had to be hired to complete the job.

I hired them because their bid was way lower than others. They were really nice at the beginning and told me that they will do this and that along with flooring e.g. quarter rounds, t-moldings, baseboards, picking up tiles from a home appliance store, Well, I hired them. As they started working, they started to become bitter. They put only two people at work who were extremely slow and dirty. They leave their bottles and left over food throughout the house when they leave in the evening. Finally, it came the time to install tiles. one of his guy installed tiles in family room and they were misaligned. When we spoke to him, he called this company (i.e. antonio) and left for the day and didn't come for 3 days. Eventually, he came back and told us tiles are not right. We had to return the tiles which this company did but this time rented a truck and apparently reserved 75 miles at booking and 50 miles at booking to pickup and drop off tiles respectively. Well, days after days past and finally after 2 weeks, they got done installing tiles (no grout/sealer yet). On the last day, they just stuck grout on them (without sealing ) and left without buffing tiles. ( I had to that myself later ) Next day he came our home and got a check from my wife. When I checked the receipts, they didn't add up. For instance, truck was booked for 75 and 50 miles but no proof that it was actually driven that far, apparently energy drinks were bought on one receipt, 70 bags of 50 lbs thin set were bought and I am not sure how that much thin set was used. No quarter round was installed, blinds were broken in two rooms, tiles were not buffed and sealed. When I spoke with him about giving me proof of receipts or give me money back for un proven bill to which he started beating around the bush and started getting off-topic. Well, never ever again.

They are so easy to work with. They are quick to respond and keep you informed of status. I would work with them again any time.

Was friendly and affordable, but when it came down to the quality of work, they were in a hurry to get the job done. I have a open floor concept, workers started in different rooms, this caused the pattern to be inverted in some sections, in the bathroom and laundry room a different pattern was done all together. When I said the laundry, room had to be redone, the tile guy argued with me saying there was nothing wrong with it that there was not a pattern the flooring was done random. I said it had to be redone, he threatened to put a lien on my house. The person in charge of the worker agreed that there was nothing wrong with the floor, so I said file a lien, but for the record, I'm not refusing to pay I just want the job done right. (BTW, they also measured wrong and I had to buy 600 dollars worth of more tile that was not in my budget; said it was not their fault that my daughter did not tell them the correct rooms; however, they did not charge for the labor difference). The women in charge text me later that day and apologized and sent a new worker out the next day to redo the laundry room and finish the job. When I said the there are other areas of concerns they refused to fix, expect one tile was replaced in the bathroom to try and make it look a little better (it does not). I also have concerns that they grouted right after laying the tile, from my understanding you should let the thin set dry for at least 12 hours before grouting. I hope this does not lead to issues in the future. After all that drama, they left trash in my front yard; I received a notice from the city to remove it or get fined. I text the company and they said they would pick it up that day. Needless to say, my daughter had to make a trip to the dump the next day to avoid us getting a fine. They were on time and reasonable.

Did what they said they would do and did a good job doing it. On time and very accommodating. Very pleased with our tile floor.

After hiring this company and having them do the initial measurement of the after hiring this company and having them do the initial measurement of the floorng, The measurement was off and I Had to order more flooring and tile which was a pain because the flooring that I chose was out of stock and the work was delayed for a couple of weeks due to the miss measurement. I was told that the flooring did not need padding underneath but now it is very squishy so I was not satisfied with that. Some of the transition came up so they had to come back out to redo it. Also the cleanup was far from acceptable. They were very nice people and they tried very hard it's just it wasn't a very good job.

I was jut looking to get laminate floors installed and AMNU was the first company to reach out to me. There were at my place within a day to measure and and talk about what I wanted. I decided to go with them and I'm glad I did. AMNU was prompt, kept me updated through the process and was the best value I could find. I highly recommend going with them. They do more than just flooring so if I need something else done that I can't do I'll be calling AMNU.
