We were weighing options for a new full unit and decided to reach out to Armor Air as our best friend and neighbor works for them. Erik Longenecker is not a necessarily a salesman or service tech for them, however his knowledge of the HVAC systems and how they should be running and ability to translate that to clients is unmatched. He shows he cares about the company deeply and is willing to learn outside his scope to provide a trust with the client right from the start of the process. They wanted to get a look and feel for the system first before ever talking options. Tyler Kirkham was the service tech that Erik recommended and put on our call. Tyler was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have never seen a company provide such thorough work in the inspection and service provided by Tyler. Contacted Armor Air late on a Monday with a non-emergency, and they were here early on Tuesday. Technician Tyler was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very detailed when explaining the issue. Very polite, very informative, and his diagnosis was spot on. Received a call from Erik to check on our experience within minutes. Great follow up and customer service. Had a 2nd tech, Casey, come to do some further equipment specific testing and complete the repairs. Also very polite and informative. Not a single problem. Even though it was a more involved problem than I had hoped for, it was handled professionally with everything discussed up front. Will call again for any needs.

If you're looking for friendly and exceptional service for your Heating and Cooling needs, I highly recommend Armor Air! Ever since we moved into our home several years ago, we dreaded the winter dryness (our home routinely would be anywhere from 25-29% humidity in the winter, and sometimes even lower. We were constantly sick, waking up with a sore throat, and frequent nose bleeds. I saw a video on Instagram of the Armor Air team and they looked like a bunch of really nice people, so I investigated and saw how many people had great things to say about the company. We had them come out and give us a quote on a whole home humidification system, and Robert was very friendly, professional and worked with us to get a system setup for our home. A few days later, Kameron came out and installed the system and he did an awesome job! I was very pleased with Levi and Scott who fixed the drain issue in my garage. They were most pleasant and capable young men.

Armor Air installed and replaced the water softener, RO system, and removed and installed 2 bidet toilets. It did take 2 days to complete, but it was worth every penny. They took all the packing, cardboard, and cleaned up all 3 areas. I strongly recommend Armor Air for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

Armor Air is awesome! Matt and I had a technician come out to perform a tune-up and assess our furnace and air conditioner at the end of July. Robbie was our technician, and he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us understand what we can do to help keep our home air clean and healthy. Matt explained what was causing our problem with our water softener in detail. He he gave us a quote and explained the needed item to repair would need to be ordered. I told him I was still getting quotes for the job and would let him know. I had a couple of different companies come out but they didn't impress me. I called Armor Air back to let them know I would like them to order the part and do the repair. I was lucky that they sent Matt back out to compete the repair because he already knew what was going on. Thanks so much Matt, I really appreciate you. Awesome job!!!

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. D went above and beyond to diagnose and correct the issue that 4 previous plumbers had diagnosed or ignored. I would hire again.

Donâ t call them. They tried to convince me I needed a new furnace. I got two other opinions from other heating/cooling companies and was told there was nothing wrong with my furnace. They charged me $700 for 1/2 lb of refrigerant for my air conditioner. I wish I would have canceled the check. They just want to see how much $ they can convince you to spend on things you do not need. Save yourself money and time and call another company.

Completed all of the work I needed done in a timely fashion and did great work! Friendly and kept me updated on the project.

The quote was for a bigger project than was actually done but still had to pay the original amount. The workers did not clean up the PVC shavings left on floor, did not put the water main cover back on, and likely damaged a storm door going in and out of house.

Their estimate was the most competitive!

They responded with an ability to correct my issue the same day I called.

Easy to get an initial quote and quick to do the job. Customer service could be better, had to call a few times to get them scheduled.
