"My workmanship for this and all my customers exceeds all industry standards. I have 30 years of satisfied customers, but some people cannot be pleased. My price was higher because I included more work and she requested top-of-the-line paint ($58/gallon). As for schedule, she added work, picked the wrong kitchen color that required a repaint, had hyper-emotional household issues that delayed my work, and requested numerous corrections beyond my scope of work. In spite of this, I completed the project as quickly as possible, minimized extra costs, discounted my labor by $200, included free extras, and maintained a professional attitude."
