We hired Robert because he had experience and certification with lead paint, and we thought our peeling ceiling based on a home test kit contained lead in the original paint. He found on his testing that in fact it didn't, which was great news and saved us some money. Decided to add the walls and trim in a couple rooms, and everything was done expertly, much cleaner job that past painters had done. He also installed a new thermostat for us, gave us some referrals and general advise on some other fixes/construction projects, and helped us find the source of the ceiling damage with his roofing background and patched the areas that were letting water in. Also a pleasant guy to have around the house with you! My only regret is that he moved out of our area, but was kind enough to squeeze us in as his last job right before that. A tough act to follow for my next painter.

If you are someone who likes a high attention to detail and a job completed in a timely manner, this is not the painter for you. I hired Mr. Amor based upon his near 5-star reviews, Master Painter status and personality, but I should have paid closer attention to the dates of those reviews, which were 2 years ago or later. This was the first bad experience I have ever had hiring a professional from Homeadvisor. Mr. Amor's prices were higher than any other quote we received. Higher cost does not mean higher quality, lesson learned. Also, the job took twice as long as verbally quoted.

Robert is a true professional. His work is flawless. We enjoyed having him in our home. I have already recommended him to our friends. He was certainly worth the wait!

I believe he was God sent. He is excellent and very professional in everything. I am even going to use him to finish my kitchen. He is a very nice man and is a master of everything!

Robert was top notch! Not only was he very honest he was very professional. He helped me choose a color, which was a task! My house looks great and I love it. He came with a REAL proposal (not some something written on a piece of paper that anyone could do) that included his license and past clients for me to contact. He kept everything clean and out of the way, which was important to me as well because I have two small little ones. Like I said Top Notch.

Mr Amor was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was fast he was good he was reasonably priced. I just will use him and give out referrals for him. That was the best experience I had with any work being done in my home.

VERY FAST,VERY CLEAN,VERY GOOD

Robert went above and beyond the bid that he gave. He moved all the big pieces of furniture. His repair of cracks and flaws were done with great care. The paint job itself was great and i have already recommended his work to a neighbor. He really went the extra mile.
