I have a drier purchased from Lowes under a protection agreement. I submitted a ticket for error code CL-9. The tech came out and recommended the duct be cleaned which was completed. We continued to get the error code so the tech returned and replaced a few parts. On the second load of laundry we got the error code again. I contacted the tech who forwarded the info to the manufacturer and now I got an email from Lowes that my claim was denied due to improper installation and to resume coverage I need to prove my drier has been restored to full working condition. I mean aside from 4 inch duct being installed top to the drier and the exhaust duct there really is nothing else to be done. So now I have a local tech who cant fix it and a manufacturer telling me I need to provide proof its working to continue warranty protection. Now I need a service technician but this one obviously cant fix it?

I wouldn't recommend this company. Our technician, "Dorian," seemed inexperienced and delayed contacting us after being assigned our claim through Lowe's?we had to reach out to him. When he finally showed up a day late, he didn't follow through on his promise to update us on the status of repairs or parts availability. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with his service, Dorian hung up on me instead of trying to address the issue. We've now been without a dryer for five days.
