Amplified Electric

Job well done!

Very professional and Honest

We had asked a friend of ours for a referral for an electrician and he gave us the name William Penaloza of Amplified Electric Inc. The power to our water heater and deep freezer had suddenly gone out and we were in a tough situation. We called him and he responded immediately. He was friendly and very professional. He made a very quick appointment for us the next day, as we were able to run extension cords to keep these things going until the next morning. His communication was excellent. He arrived when promised. He has a very kind and professional demeanor. He was very clean and paid close attention to preserving the walls and the floor, even wearing paper booties. He very quickly figured out the problem. Based on what we had told him he had brought parts which happened to be perfect for the job. His labor rates were very reasonable and it was obvious that he did not inappropriately mark up the cost of the parts. He performed the work very quickly. The next day, we realized we did not point out one other thing that need to be fixed. Without complaint, he came back on the weekend and fix it in short order as well, even charging us much less than we had expected. We could not recommend Will more highly! Thank you.

Excellent service. The guy was honest, stayed till he figured it out and was so easy to work with. I have him as my electrician now. The price was very, very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Will is top notch when it comes to Electricians! From the moment he arrives to provide an estimate, he is courteous, professional & honest! He shows up on time, makes great recommendations & does phenomenal work all while being engaged with his client & ensuring he leaves his work area neat & tidy! Definitely will be using Amplified Electric whenever I need an electrician!

Very professional and a nice guy! William did an awesome job, we are very happy!

Very professional and reasonable

I needed to install an oulet above fireplace. He was professional, curtious , clean and on time. I would hire him again if I need to install/change any switches.

Good contact. Good job.

We were pleased with the quality of work but felt we were over charged.

Job well done! Thanks, Will.

I have recessed lights installed and Will did a great job. They will also clean after.

Very impressed with the service. I called the company, talked to Will and the job was all done in one day. Even though the job was started late (due to a prior job, I understand, not a problem with me) Will completed the project . Will took the time to explain the issue/situation, necessary work to be done and suggestions (as well as my looking up information for my own knowledge). A great electrician! Thanks Will!

Will , the Owner, was very informative. He was willing to explain fully everything he did. Having and older house, he suggested other items that could be a problem and some precautionary steps I could take. I am very pleased with the service Amplified performed and would use them for any future projects.

He found someone who had an older circuit breaker for our electrical panel and replaced it in a timely manner the same day. He was on time, courteous, wore booties when in our home, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about electrical problems and how to fix them. He is our go-to electrician from now on.

Awesome customer service, expert work done in an efficient and timely manner. We will definitely use Amplified Electric again when needed.

Will gave me a quote based on my description of the project over the phone, arrived on time, and completed the work in a quick and efficient manner. We had an additional electric plug that we wanted him to fix and he added it to the work for a minimum additional charge. He was very professional and left the areas where he worked clean. I would not hesitate to hire him again and will share his name whenever a friend or neighbor asks for a recommendation.

They are very professional, honest, very clean job, and very kind person.

They were on time and worked very hard. Nice people.

They were able to come and do the work the same day!

Arrived on time and kept me abreast of work. Cleaned up after work completed

The work was very well done. Will was a great problem solver when we weren't sure what was needed. They always showed up on time and were very accommodating. This is the type of company I enjoy working with!
