Expensive for what I had done.

They did exactly what I asked. Very professional and detailed. I will use then again.

They came out immediately and fixed my electrical problem quickly and efficiently. I've hired them again for other projects.

They were responsive. They kept me informed of their progress of the job. All went according to the plan. Work was done efficiently. The only kink in the job was the price was higher than the estimate. The additional cost was not the company's fault but due to additional fees imposed by Austin Energy. Otherwise, i was satisfied with the job.

James Paone is very skilled and a very nice young man. He came quickly, gave an accurate and competitive estimate (much less than my old electrician), did not recommend upgrades I did not need, explained everything, and also left enough amps to charge the electric car I am planning to buy. He did not want any advance and I paid only after the work was completed. His eventual bill turned out to be about $80 less than the original estimate and he was honest enough to tell me that and give me the refund explaining that some breakers he used were less expensive than the ones he thought he would have to use.
