These guys did a good job! Amruss was recommended by a friend who had used them before. I was very pleased with how well they cleaned my siding. Reasonably priced. My cleaner, Hasan, was very thorough and considerate always taking off his shoes when coming in the house. I would use them again in the future!

I used Amruss for gutter cleaning for several years and thought they were reliable and dependable, so I did not hesitate to hire them when I learned they also power washed exterior surfaces. Originally I asked for a quote to clean 2 sides of my building. I took the man to the back of the building to point out algae that I wanted to be removed. I then asked for a separate quote to power wash a small Trex deck located on the front of my building. The technician had the office call me with the quote. I was given what I thought was a fair price for the building but an inflated price for the deck. I was given a $20 discount and agreed to let the technician begin the work. He used a ladder to access the deck and washed the deck first. He then washed the top of my building while standing on the deck. (In the past, other companies put a ladder on the deck and were able to clean the upper most areas of the building.) By just standing in the deck it was later apparent that he was unable to reach the top three rows of vinyl. He finished the lower level of the building and moved to the back. After about 30 minutes I went to the back of the building and observed that he was washing the brick pavers. I went outside to speak with him and asked why he was cleaning the pavers. He said, You wanted me to clean the decks. I told him I just wanted the front deck cleaned, not my sidewalk and patio. By this time he had already cleaned about 1/3 of the sidewalk and 1/3 of the patio. I told him that this was terrible, now there was a stark difference between the cleaned and not cleaned parts of the patio. He said he could finish them for a little extra charge. I declined and asked him to clean the North side of my building. (In retrospect, if he really thought the pavers were a deck, then he included them in his quote which explained the inflated price.) When he was finished he said I could pay him or call the office to pay over the phone. I chose to call the office because I wanted to discuss some issues, but they were closed for the day. The next day was a Sunday but I texted the office to ask them to call me on Monday. The manager called me back right away and I told her that there were some problems with the job. I described how the technician left my backyard pavers with a stark contrast between the cleaned and dirty pavers and indicated that he had missed some spots on the back and front of the building. The manager said she would discuss these issues with the owner. The next day, we spoke again and the manager indicated she would send a technician to clean the spots he missed and to clean the pavers when the weather permitted. She said I had been a loyal customer, and they wanted me to be happy. Two weeks later the same technician arrived, but he was was not happy I had complained that he missed spots. He wanted me to point them out. I showed him where he had missed some algae. He said it was impossible for him to clean them today. He said it was too cold, he said the water would get all over him, and he would freeze. He said he d need a ladder to reach the spots, and he could not put a ladder in the snow. He told me I should call the office and get a discount because he could not clean these spots. I showed him the front of the building where it was clear he did not clean, and he said, I do not miss, those are shadows. He said he would clean the pavers only. When he was finished it was apparent that again, he completely missed some areas. When I spoke to the manager she said that I owed the full amount because they completed the job. I said they had not completed the job because the technician refused to remove the spots. I asked that a different technician capable of completing the job be sent, or I will be given a discount for the spots that remained unclean. The manager talked over me, demanded full payment, and said that if I did not pay in full I was committing theft of services!
