Their associates are plain RUDE! Technicians make wrong assessments on repairs & parts leadings to weeks of broken appliances. I?ve had to wait for over a month to get a fridge and a washer fixed. Terrible service.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Amtec Services Inc., mainly due to the behavior of a representative named Lexy. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant throughout the conversation. Instead of trying to help, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. When I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, she refused to provide any information or transfer me, which felt very unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and solution-focused, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. This interaction has completely changed my view of the company, and I would not recommend Amtec Services Inc. based on how I was treated. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides proper customer service training to prevent others from having a similar experience.

The gentleman that came was on time and he was quite polite. However, when he arrived, I told him that I believed the problem was the ignitor. He started to work and finished but never told me BEFORE he replaced the part that it WAS the ingnitor and how much it would be for the parts and labor. He should have told me before he went ahead and did it. Also, after he left, I saw that the drawer under the oven was crooked. I pulled it out to straighten it and discovered that he had broked the plastic clip on the rail. Now, I have a drawer that doesn't sit right. He fixed one thing and broke another. Overall, I am not pleased.
