"Hi David Thank you for taking the time to review us. One of our attributes is our response time. I apologize for not getting back to you. We checked all e-mails and could not find your correspondence. I'm assuming it may have been a glitch with e-mail. Generally speaking we respond within one hour during business hours. On Monday mornings we check all e-mails and voice mails. As far as pricing, we do not give prices over the phone as every home is different. HomeAdvisor gives your call to multiple contractors/companies who in turn call you the customer. Is it possible another company you spoke with gave an estimate over the phone?
