Came out on Saturday to straighten up D and R’s debacle. Barely got D and R to give me a call back and they said the sold me the wrong equipment. Told them them I had no heat. He said he would call his manager but the manager would probably not answer his call. Said I will be on my own until Monday. AnAire came right out and straightened their mess up.

AC went out and the problem was diagnosed and I was presented with two well-defined options to choose. No pressure just facts. I ended up getting anew HVAC system. A couple months later by second AC was making a weird noise and when I called him he properly diagnosed and provided a quick repair. In addition, I have been told by a salesman at Johnstone Supply that "Fred knows his stuff". I will not hesitate to call again with any issues.

I met Fred when I first moved to WV about a year ago when he and his wonderful wife helped me move a piece of furniture. Since then I have had him work on several projects and I have always been satisfied. He offers reasonable prices along with a great personality, but above all, the man exhibits integrity and expects no less from others in his profession. This is a real person who actually cares about what he does and the people he's hired by. During this recent cold snap I had a few people come by my home to price a replumbing of my messed up boiler system but as of now I'm going to hire AnAire (Fred) on the spot even though I haven't gotten his quote yet because I know he'll do it properly, legally, and probably at a better price. Not only that, I know he'll care about the work he does. I CANNOT recommend this guy more!
