Office was very weak about following up. The 2-movers were FANTASTIC; It is sad that I cannot put in a rating for the Movers ONLY that would be 5 +++ - Scheduled @ 9am. Movers got in @ 2pm. No fault of Movers. I called 1-day before to verify that everything was scheduled at 9am as expected. Called Sat am (the day of the move @ 9am) Ofc claimed YES 15 MIN. 1-hour later called again- OFC no answer, left msg- finally Driver calls and lets me know that they had to unload a truck that was not done the night before in ANOTHER TOWN, Driver just received info from office and was VERY sorry. Driver kept in touch w/ me until they arrived. The 2 movers worked VERY HARD and were VERY RESPECTABLE. I highly recommend the Movers- not recommend the bad communication of office.

Early arrival. Hard working crew and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant.

They dropped a box right off the start....simply said "sorry, my bad!" They did not get everything that was boxed. I couldn't watch all of them every minute and you need to. Upon arrival at our ne home one mover smelled of alcohol and again I couldn't keep an eye on all of them and they put heavy boxes clearly labeled basement in the garage.....because that was easiest. The customer satisfaction survey was presented to us to fill out in front of the movers.......not going to get an honest response with the guys watching you? As far as the moving guidelines....someone should CALL and offer the information not just email. Lots of scratches .

The movers were fast and concerned with protecting my belongings. They took the time to wrap and protect my stuff. The movers worked really hard and i really appriciated that.

They were ok. Not the most professional. Time was fine. My only big complaint is minor chips and scratches to my furniture as well as to the walls and floors of my house.

A good one to recommend for others . I felt the movers were not quite communicated well for the price . It's a good idea to note down the representative name you speak with just in case if any discrepancies arises during paper sign up. They scheduled a move during long weekend which is nice of them. They accomodated our request to do the second trip even though they were not planning to work long hours during long weekend which is again nice. Quality of work is good. They were pretty careful carrying the furniture .

I paid $150 for some tape and a few pieces of cardboard. The movers seemed unable or unwilling to tackle the tougher tasks, e.g., taking the sofa through the back when it wouldn't fit in the front without having to have it suggested, giving up on getting the king mattress upstairs -- declaring it impossible even though friends took about 10 mins. to do it later, declining to move some items despite their meeting co. requirements... The movers were, however, cordial and had a professional demeanor, but more grit would have been great. Also, I was not given an itemized receipt. Last time I used this co. everything went beautifully.

Very professional. They called to confirm the move, the week prior and then called the day of, to update me on their progress of when they would arrive. They were very careful with my things and a great help!

Contacts very disorganized, spoke with several dispatchers and was not sure who to contact. Although their quote was the lowest, their rates to wrap and package ended up costing as much as the move itself, and was not exdplained up front.

Very professional and cautious with belongings.

Aside from a few damages to the walls of my new and old home, the guys (Chris & Ian) were professional, friendly, expedient and careful. Suggest honing the estimate time of work as I was quoted for 4 hours but came out to almost 7 1/2 hours instead. I also highly suggest having means to provide a receipt on the spot especially for customers paying with cash -- for tax purposes and accoutability.

They did not come out to give me a bid in person and we had to move several loads ourselves (close to 20 in two different cars). It would have been much better if they took the time to come out and give me a bid. I also would of known exactly how much it would be before hand.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the two gentlemen who did the move. Nice, courteous, and very professional. I would recommend the company to anyone. Great job.

Although my final price was much more than I expected, I was pleased with the service. Thank You!

The overall quality of work was good. I definitely would recommend the company to anyone moving. My only concern was only one of the guys was doing most of the work and the other wasn't. So was not sure if the hourly rate we was for both the guys or just one.

Poor communication and 3 hours late

BEWARE! The movers damaged much of our furniture and railings in both the old house and new house. They also scratched up my truck putting our bed in it that wouldn't fit in their truck! Also, they left some things in their truck and it was a hassle to get them back...2 weeks later! I do NOT recommend this mover AT ALL.

These guys did a good job. We did have a piece of furniture damaged in the move but the damage was minimal and it probably would have been worse if we had moved it ourselves. The biggest drawback was that the move took twice as long (and was twice as expensive) as what the company quoted us. But all in all the experience was positive and the movers were all very polite. We liked that they hired a woman onto their moving crew!

These guys were excellent. They moved all of our furniture and heaviest items in a just a few hours. Curtious, polite and personable. They did arrive about an hour before we expected them, so that might have presented an issue had we not been home, since they charge by the hour from the time they leave their location. Nonetheless, we were home at the time, and this made the move happen that much sooner.A great value for the budget-minded mover.

These guys did a great job. Quick! Is all I have to say. Thanks for all your help!

We had to rent a U-Haul because they did nt pay attention to detail. Furthermore the Forman, Jordan was disrespectful to my wife after she bought them lunch. Things were not handled with care and we felt as if they were very careless. When figured out full load would not fit, Jordan said "hey we can close out this contract and you can just pay us directly to finish the job" NICE! I'm in the Real Estate Industry and people are constantly asking me to recommend movers. I will steer people away from using this company. Movers completely disregard the writing on the boxes marked "fragile" UNBELEIVABLE

My developmentally disabled client was to be moved to her new apartment by this company. Everything went smoothly with the scheduling and booking; however, once the day arrived, my client informed me that several belongings were never delivered to her new residence. When my client realized items were missing, she called the driver and his response was "oh sorry." This was unacceptable. We would not refer anyone to the company and will not be using them in the future.
