They were courteous prompt and worked very fast. They gave me a very fair price. There are 2 minor complaints I have after inspecting the finished job: they did not open the locked windows to clean the bottom window frame groove, and, I had to clean up their boot prints on my wood floors after they left. Windows & screens look very good.

Chad and his son did a good job power washing my siding. Unfortunately many of the stains accumulated over time would not come off but the other parts of the siding look great.

Overall a very good job. I think a few corners were cut with not removing screens and therefore not removing pine needles stuck at bases of screen. But, I would definitely hire them again and just point out this particular expectation.

I was quoted $60 and charged $78 when the job was finished. I gave the owner $80 and he did not offer me my $2 change. It's a small thing and if he had offered the $2 I would have said, keep it, but I was not given the opportunity. One screen was not cleaned.

Two men came out - the owner and his son. They did a wonderful job both inside and out. I was extremely pleased. Cost was perfect. Was sick and could not do the work myself. I really appreciated the friendliness and consideration. They even put my screens aside that needed repair as I requested. They gave a wonderful recommendation on where to get my screens repaired.

The windows were spotless. The tracts not so much. I worked off and on all the next day cleaning the tracts. But ours was pretty bad with a lot of sand in them. They didn't have a vacuum cleaner just a brush. But the guys were great and on time.
