Anacortes Plumbing

We hired Anacortes Plumbing and we decided to go through them because they were amazing when they came to our house. I would NOT recommend them. The plumber was nice when he came out and the work was quick and good, but the shower door was missing a piece. We were told that we would have it in about a couple of weeks. In that time we never got a follow up and when we called was told they did not have it. Three months later we called again and they had the piece and came out to install the door. The door was so loose when he left, it almost fell on me. We called again and he came out and put it on. About a month later, we noticed that the towel door was always sliding down, the floor of the shower creeks (we think it was due to the drain was at the top where the tub was and now in the middle) and we had bolts coming out of our wall. We called to complain and they told us that it was done right and that was it. We did not pay him the remaining $500 because it was not done correctly. When we asked about the screws not being in all the way we were told that it was not part of the quote. Why would the shower not be in the wall not part of the quote? Next thing they sent us to collections. It has been almost a year and the shower is falling apart. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE about their customers or product.

They took care of business in a timely manner and the price was competitive. The technicians were efficient and on time and explained what they were doing throughout the process. I am pleased with the work and the price.

Caleb was very easy to work with from estimate to installation. He hooked up a new sink, disposal and updated under-sink piping at a very reasonable cost. On time and so pleasant plus professional!

Caleb respond to my request from the website much faster than I anticipated. He was polite and professional. He came to my home to offer to look at my bathroom situation discussed options for repairs and advised he'd have a quote emailed to me by close of business the next day. I got it much sooner. Caleb's bid was not the least expensive, nor was it the the highest. He didn't arrive in a logo'd truck or with booties on his boots. What he did do, however, was take the time to think about the best solution for my home, my wallet, and our time. Plumbing is the most expensive home repair there is. He did it quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and it looks goods and works beautifully.
