I met with various pros to get an estimate on a basement remodel earlier this year, but when I spoke with Mike on the phone, we immediately made a connection. I was impressed with his professionalism, positivity and attentiveness. Soon after, I met his dad Tony and it felt like I was working with family. I had pretty specific ideas and plans on what I wanted the basement to look like and Mike and Tony made it all come to life. Soon after going into contract with Anamar, their crew began working in my basement right away. They framed out the basement and did the plumbing and electrical work in no time. I was so impressed with the caliber of the work and their sub contractors were fantastic. Matt, another member of the Anamar crew, was always on site and a huge help in assisting me with the selection of bathroom tiles and paint colors and with design ideas. The focal point of my basement remodel was the wet bar they helped me design. I had all sorts of ideas on what the bar would look like, but Mike and Tony took my vision to the next level. They brought in a team of wood craftsmen and installed accent lighting all over the bar and the finished product is beyond my expectations! The guys also built a beautiful bathroom, an amazing stone tv viewing wall, stained and painted the staircase and installed Nucor wood flooring. Anamar was extremely patient with all of my questions and design changes and I relied on their input a great deal. The project was a total team effort and I couldn’t be happier! It was a pleasure to see the Anamar crew everyday as they worked tirelessly, sometimes weekends, to get the project done on time. We had lots of laughs and the guys were always upbeat and focused. You can tell they enjoy their work. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend Anamar for your construction and remodeling needs. They are the gold standard!

Tony and Michael are a father-son team, and from the start of our experience, we knew that they, along with assistant Matt, truly cared about the work that they would be doing for us. They took the time to understand our vision, worked with us to share ideas and inspiration, and properly executed with skill and craftsmanship. We especially appreciated that they regularly checked in with us along the way and adjusted plans as requested. Anamar Constructions LLC and team were very nice to work with reasonable with pricing and they completed the job in a timing. I am very happy with the way they remodeled my bathrooms. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
