First cleaning very thorough.

Ana is very good & was there for the first cleaning. They did a good job esp. since I couldn't do anything due to being on oxygen 24/7 & constantly running out of breath. My house was pretty much a mess & they did a very good job. Definitely will use them again.

WOW!! Seriously....WOW!!! In short, I am thoroughly impressed with Ana and her crew! Ana and her crew have this attention to detail, a real drive to clean one's home. I have hired previous housekeepers in the past and I was not thrilled with their work. They would miss things...window sills, lamps, top of the fridge, cabinets, etc... They focus on the LITTLE THINGS as well as the big things. I absolutely adore that. I found Ana through HomeAdvisor and I am sooo happy I did. My request was to have my kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms done a monthly basis. They came for a little over 3 hours and those rooms were AMAZING. Seriously, I cannot stress this enough... Ana really takes pride in her work, is respectful, and is definitely reasonable. She and I live by the motto if you work for a company (or yourself) and you don't take pride in your work (no matter what you do) then what's the point?! Trustworthy

For the first three visits they were very conscientious. Then they began using their cells phones very frequently while working and socializing with one another for long periods of time in my home. They cut corners and if I complained Ana would become defensive and argue. She had the audacity to lecture me in my home when I pointed out to her that certain things had not been done. She thinks she should get paid extra for wiping down a self cleaning oven. She tells her employer that they should appreciate her. She has a very bad attitude and speaks to her employer very inappropriately.

Ana and her team do a wonderful job cleaning my home every week. It's so nice to come home to a clean, nice smelling home! Ana is very friendly and reliable, and I would highly recommend her services!
