Very unreliable and untrusty worthy. Ana is a wonder full person I really like her a lot but she does not control her crew which make her not be that professional, she also should have better communication skills and and communicate with her customers.

Janitorial Service
Our retail art gallery has not been deeply cleaned since March 2020. I'm so glad I turned to Angi for help finding a great commercial cleaning team. Ana and her colleagues Jesus, NIcki, and Melanie arrived on time and set right to work. They undertook a huge job in a most professional manner. Like a tornado, they turned our dingy floors, dusty baseboards, and dirty kitchen and bathrooms into bright, sparkling, clean spaces again! I am going to ask our Board of Directors if Ana and Company can become our new "monthly" cleaning service.

They worked well the first two hours then the last two hours were skimmed through. They went out the door without putting away 6 plastic boxes of tools and chemicals and rags. Had to stop them to put them in the storage out of the laundry room. Maybe they decided the job was too much for them. There was no walk-through... they were in a hurry to get away. They worked for four hours.

"I am disappointed to hear that from you, Mrs. Mirna. The quote to clean your residence was for inside your house only. And you make my helper do landscaping job, cleaning, mopping, and polish around the swimming pool, and polish doors, cleaning, and mop in the garage... moping all floors around outside your house. We are glad to help you to do all tasks but the quote will not be the same, your house is 5000 -6000 (BIG) we spent 12 hrs. total 4 hrs. each worker and you were happy with the job you told me to go back every two weeks but I told you that we need to talk first about price obviously you did not like it. And you mentioned the plast."
