I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by Ana's Contracting. The quality of the work performed by the crews was good, but the owner's communication was extremely poor. During the project, he completely stopped responding to my phone calls and text messages. He ghosted me for four days and, over the remaining ten days of the project, never returned a single call. Eventually, I gave up trying to reach him. To make matters worse, the company changed the work crew in the middle of the project without informing me. The project also generated an enormous amount of dust throughout my home. When I asked about having it cleaned, the owner declined, leaving me to hire a professional cleaning service at my own expense. Good workmanship alone is not enough. When you're investing in a major home project, you expect communication, responsiveness, and accountability from the company you hire. Unfortunately, that was completely missing in my experience.

Excellent flooring installation experience today. The crew was professional, they arrived on time and completed the work with great attention to detail. The floor looks amazing and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

Hired Ana?s Contracting to convert our wood-burning fireplace to electric with a porcelain slab/tile surround. We paid a $2,400 deposit, and the job was a mess from day one. Demo happened quickly, then things fell apart. They had the electrician build structural framing, which is not his job. The frame moved when pushed with one finger, even though it was supposed to support a 41-pound recessed fireplace plus porcelain/tile. The project manager, John Macapagal, was hard to reach and said he was not in charge of the crew or plans. One day, the tile worker argued with the boss about not being paid, and only cement board got installed. My wife ended up managing the project herself. Then owner Alvaro Cestti texted at 7 PM cancelling the job and refunding our deposit, admitting they could not do the work. The refund came through, but they left us with a torn-out fireplace, unsafe wall, wasted time, and did not even return to clean the garage mess they left behind. Cannot recommend.

We had our basement done, and it came out great! The crew showed up on time, did an outstanding job, and were professional and courteous. Great experience overall. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Ana's Contracting! Bathroom floor replacement and backsplash finished in 1 day...much faster and reasonable compare to other estimates. Delwin and Christian were knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions and did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

Recently had a flooring installation with carpet removal at my home. The install team sent to do the job was outstanding. The job was done quickly, the were professional and extremely cautious of my home. I would definitely recommend using them for any project.

I have my bathroom floors and showers done. This was a multiday contract from start to finish. In all projects there are questions and changes along the way. When there were changes the, team on site was always patient and kind. Eric and Bryon were on site every day and really nice folks to work with. The site manager was Elvio and when there were questions that need elevated. He would call, text or stop by and resolve. It was nice to have interactions in person on the phone with real people to solve any qeustions in real time. Great Team!

Team's lead installer Byron and his 2-person crew did an amazing job on a large tile install (large plank tiles, 400 Sq. Ft., kitchen, laundry, bath). They did the work in only 3 days, were very efficient and polite, and took time to make sure the work was done in a careful and detailed manner. Will definitely be using them again for our next Flooring job!
