The owner came out, did a wonderful job diagnosing the unit and cleaning some parts as he went. All of this was before he started a bid. Their price was very good. I had great confidence in their service and quality. However, their follow-up after installation needs some work. I asked to be an annual maintenance customer. They didn't follow up. There was a warranty repair that they made, but it has separated again. I still think they are tops, but feel a lack of follow up in my case.

I needed a whole new AC system. Kevin (owner) was very professional and knowledgeable. I had three other Servicemagic contractors come out for the bid and they were all exceptionally responsive with estimates and follow-up...all eager to earn my business. All prices were within a few hundred dollars of each other, and I probably would have been happy with any of them. I ultimately chose Kevin based on a "vibe". The price was fair, work was clean and they accomodated all of the quirks of installing a new (and Large) high-efficiency unit in a small closet, never asking for more $. I am quite pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin was very professional and their pricing is very affordable/competive. I'm very pleased with our New AC and the service from Anchor Air Conditioning, was excellent. My husband called Kevin and explained to him that we were doing comparison shopping an looking for a New Unit that was of quality and affordable. Not only did Kevin meet our price he installed our AC Unit the next day and gave us a 10 year Warranty on our new Goodman. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new AC Unit, very satisfied customer.

Kevin came out to check out my condenser unit, which another company had just told me had a leak that they would charge me hundreds of dollars to try to find. I had decided it would be better to buy a new unit. I called Kevin at Anchor Air to get a price on a new unit, and within a few minutes of him coming to my house, he found that the leak was not in the condenser unit, but was in fact a leaking evaporator coil in the inside air handler unit. The air handler was still under warranty, so all I paid was the labor to replace that coil--saved me about $1400. I was totally impressed with the company.

Excellent across the board, always will use him. Best A/C guy around.

kevin was Excellent. Had to come back to make sure the system was working correctly. The new system was a lot stronger than the old one so they had to install a bigger return vent to get rid of some of the noise. Did everything for the quoted prices and was very concerned that we were happy with our system. Will have Anchor do all my air conditioning needs.
