AVOID Anchor Bay at all cost!!! They are a complete rip off!!! We trusted Tim Clark as he sound like an honest and fair person. We hired him for a clean-up and oil tank removal. In the end, he inflated the bill and stuck us with a $73,000 bill!! He said he didn t tell us that he was overrunning with issues earlier because he lost his bookkeeper and was very busy. After paying him and ending our business, we learned that he also damaged my neighbor s property and tried to dump it on us! After 1.5 years of HELL going back and forth, lawsuit threats, etc, he finally settled out of court to fix the damage to our neighbor s property that he caused! Anchor Bay is a complete and utter rip-off!!!!

Anchor Bay did a nice job removing the tank. But I am very disappointed in Tim Clark, the president. He, as promised, did not provide me with information certifying the tank was removed, nor did Tim advise the township -- also as he promised -- to send me documentation the tank was removed. The biggest cause for my disapproval is his promise to send me a check for $50 for overpayment. The contract stated $550 for tank removal (not including oil left over in the tank); I was charged $600 -- $50 too much. Unfortunately, on my part, I did not check before giving Tim my check on the day of the tank removal (1/27/20). I called him on the 29th re sending me a check and also for providing me with certification of the tank being removed but to date have not received anything. I am very disappointed -- Tim sounded like an honest person. Guess not -- he can talk the talk but not walk the walk.

Tim took care of each step from estimating to removal efficiently and professionally. Received higher quotes from other contractors who didn’t even look at the job in person. Great service, definitely recommend!

I wish the contractor would've been honest with me from the start and said that they did not want to do the job. Took them a while to get back to me and it left me in a bind.

Tim Clark was a great guy to work with. Always had professional interactions and he was very knowledgeable about his field.
