Ande and his team went beyond and above. They are chill, hardworking and professional. They finished the big project successfully in time which included exterior door installation, floor, removal of the wall, rewiring the pipes and moving the vent, baseboards, door trims, whole house interior painting, installing lights and many other little things . Recommend his team to everyone for their professionalism, reasonable price, hardworking, flexibility, readily available communication. If i go back, i would choose his crew again for the same project.

Excellent work and easy to work with. I had a list of small jobs that needed to be done. Ande came out and gave me a quote. He treated me and the small jobs I needed done like it was a big project he was quoting. Very respectful and knowledgeable of his trade. On time and very reasonable priced. Glenn did the work for us and he did a fantastic job in completely them. He took his time and didn’t rush thru them. When quoting the job he was up front about the time frame in which he would be able to come and do the work. Also he picked up all the material needed to do the job for me and I just reimbursed him. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a handy man. Great job and I will definitely be calling them in the future for all my projects around the house that I need done.

This crew is super punctual & reliable. With a full day of projects, Ande asked if 6:30am would be OK on the scheduled day. Sure enough they arrived a few minutes earlier than that. They get set up quickly and make efficient use of time. I've hired Anchored Construction several times now. Recommended for medium projects you want started & finished in the same day.

He was honestly incredibly easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the work, and had great attention to detail. He kept making adjustments to the door until it closed and locked crisply and easily like a new door should. Cleaned up when he left and was very polite and extremely punctual. These are my new go-to guys for home repair and improvement projects. Book them soon, you wonâ t regret it.

Ande was great, the crew finished a loft style basement completion, including flooring, drywall, mud and painting, installation of light fixtures and a barn door for the laundry room all in a week . Excellent work

Was very displeased with the results of my project. They left all of the tools and materials spread all over the bathroom that was being remodeled, instead of cleaning up at the end of the day. They put caulking so thick that it needs to be cut off with a razor blade. Just did an over all terrible job. They left trash and didn't clean up after themselves. When I discussed mistakes that were made they argued with me. Could not let them even finish the job because they had already done enough damage.
