Danny was hired to install gutter guards which I bought at Home Depot (Micro mesh steel guards by Gutter Glove - 39ft Kit). He and his crew were professional and cleaned the gutters and fixed the lose hangers before installing the guards. No more ladders for me - Call Danny for a quote!

I cannot give enough praises to the excellent workmanship and attention to details by the Anchor team. Elvis and Guillermos installed approximately 340 feet of gutter guards around my entier house. The final work speaks to their skils and professionalism. Their work is thorough, and they are friendly. Should the website allow, or if there is a way, I would like to showcase the excellence of their craftsmanship, their handling of joints, handling of 90 and 45 degree bents, and end pieces, even at the 20 foot heigh sections. They accommodated my request to take reprenstative photos of the installation, and in difficult sections. During installation, Elvis adn Guillermo came upon catkin clogged downspout, and did not hesitate to take out the downspout-elbow, to allow for thorough cleanout. The team discovered a crack in the gutter backwall against the fasca, and repaired it for me. This kind of crack will cause costly damaged if not discovered and repaired. I enjoyed working with Danny, I had a hard time deciding between the pro's and cons among gutter-gurad technologies to go with. I changed my mind multiple times. Danny was understanding and accommodating. Danny provided me new quotes with every change of mind on my part, until I settled on the final decision after research and experimentations. Through out the process, Danny assured me that, what he cares about is that I take the time to feel comfortable with my choices. During the research for the type of gutter guard to go with, I purchased one box of micro-mesh gutter guard 80feet. This was before I decided to go with Amerimax Metal net. Anchor team gladly accommodated the hybrid configuation. 80feet of Mirco-mesh and 260feet of Amerimax Metal net. Final Note: Installation of Gutter Guard is a necessity for houses surrounded by mature Maple Tree, Oak Trees, and Holly Trees. Bi-annual gutter cleaning cannot catch up with potentil clogging caused by fallen leaves and or catkin depositions, because the sheeding periods in my area last for weeks, during late fall and throughout the entire spring. After 6 weeks of research and experimentation, I have reached the conclusion that the Amerimax Metal Net is the best compromise for my neck of the woods.

Working with Danny was a pleasant experience. He came out and gave me an estimate for my fences. While Danny was there he noticed how bad of a condition my deck was in and also estimated that for me. His estimate for my fence doors and deck was very reasonable. He and his team completed the work very promptly. Most importantly is the I love my love my new deck and now my fence doors open and close just like new. I definitely will be calling Danny if I need any additional work done in the future :-)

These comments are a review for a fence staining job performed 11/19/2020 - 11/20/2020. Danny Costello was great to work with. Showed up on time to review the job, provided references, and provided a written quote outlining the cost and scope of work. He then showed up on time to power wash the fence and the next day, again showed up on time to complete the staining in less than 4 hours. Communication was seamless,...he did what he committed to do with quality, professional work. And now, we have a 'new' fence! Kudos to Danny/Anchor Contracting team! -Dan L
