Anchor Home Inspections

Tom and his wife, Lora, are an amazing team! Lora is wonderful with the customer service/scheduling side and Tom is incredibly detailed, thorough and professional during the inspection (he was even wonderful with our Great Dane!). My husband and I felt VERY comfortable with the process and you can't beat the price. I also appreciate how Tom handled the inspection process during COVID-19. Thank you to Tom and Lora for their service to our community and country. We will definitely recommend Anchor Home Inspections and use them, again, in the future.

Tom was thorough and very diligent with his inspection of our potential new home. He spotted things we never would have thought to look at, and documented everything with photos. We needed an inspection FAST - and Tom was there the day after I called. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Anchor, and will definitely be referring friends and family.

I would highly recommend this company for general home inspection. We hired Tom to complete our home inspection and Radon testing on a 3K+ foot home that was originally built in the early 1900s. Tom looked into all concerns and issues, large and small. I was quoted by several companies and the cost with Anchor is very competitive. The inspector (Tom) was on time, performed a very thorough inspection, and was very patient with all my questions. He took the time to explain issues to me that I did not understand.

Great people to deal with.

Quick response , early to job, very informative and prompt with a detailed report.

Arrived on time, early actually. He provided valuable information that later helped with a decision to move forward with the home purchase. Saved me a lot of time and money. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable inspector.

Through and informative.

Tom was amazing. I would recommend him to everyone. He was very through. Military VET. Husband and wife team.

Very timely and professional

Tom was very friendly, receptive to questions, informative & thorough in my requested home inspection. He offered advice, explained standard practices & procedures, and exhibited great attention to detail in inspecting my to-be home. I would absolutely recommend Anchor Home Inspections for your home inspection needs!

Anchor Home Inspections: I can not put to words how happy I was, at the all over inspection that they did for me. This company is TOP NOTCH! From the amount of test equipment on hand, that was the top of the line, and well taken care of. The recording equipment, and hand held tablet to picture and note on was very impressive. The team should up before the start time, and in just a few minutes was ready to start. I did notice the dress code when they pulled in and we went in the house. Well dressed to the "T" and went in to all types of openings. Thank You Team, Job well done.

Very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly inspectors. Highly recommend.

Tom was very thorough with everything and was more than happy to explain anything I didn't understand or had questions about. I would recommend him to anyone.

I didnt have a personal inspect just over the phone

They helped me out a lot with the first house I bought.

Tom was very through. He made sure my husband and I knew exactly what he was looking at step by step. A pleasure to work with.
