Anchor Inspection was terrific throughout the process ... from my initial call and asking a lot of questions to scheduling at a time convenient for me to answering questions during and even a few days after the inspection. I received a verbal synopsis at the time of the inspection and a very detailed written report before the end of the same day. I would highly recommend having Anchor do your next home inspection!

I hired Anchor Inspection Group to complete a Home Inspection of a new home under construction. They went above and beyond. This inspector is awesome. I will be recommending him to my daughter who is also getting a house built. He caught items that I would not have and included all the serial numbers for the warranties. I don't have to go looking for them. He is very conscientious of the work he performs and it shows. You will be glad you hired him.

Heath got us booked SO quickly! The process was so smooth and easy! The inspection report was detailed (to the tube of 68 pages) and made us feel so knowledgeable and informed about the new home we were buying!! I will recommend this company to everyone who's getting a home inspection!

Heath provided an extremely comprehensive report. He went over every aspect of the home..in total he spent about 4 hours on a 2700 ft house. His report was extremely detailed with many pictures which made it easy to present to the seller for repairs. Highly recommend his service

Heath was very professional. He contacted me within minutes of HomeAdvisor.com assigning him the job. He communicated up front what the inspection covered/didn't cover so that there were no surprises. He contacted the realtors to schedule the inspection on the day that I requested and did a very thorough job. My realtor even commented saying "this guy is good!" Heath also set expectations regarding how long the inspection would take, including inviting me to be in attendance, but letting me know that he would be very busy doing the inspection for the first couple of hours, but would meet with me after he was done and that I would probably be bored if I was there the whole time. As for the inspection itself, Heath did a great job both compiling the report (100+ pages), but also walking through it in detail answering any/all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Anchor Inspection (Heath) again.

Heath is amazing. We actually had hired him to a re-inspection of our home after we closed because we noticed some items we felt as if the other inspector should have caught. Literally everything that was a concern of ours, he also found and notated. It was wonderful to have someone who was so helpful and wanted us to really know our house as well as how to use it.

Heath is technically competent, patient, efficient, pleasant and communicates well. He was prompt in setting our appointment and thorough in performing the inspection. If all service firms provided Heath's level of service the world would be near perfect.
