Scheduling nightmare. Cancelled my first appointment. Never followed up to schedule 2nd appointment. Once scheduled, no one showed up in the 1:00 - 5:00 window. I had to reach out for updates. Relentlessly tries to sell you the subscription package. I'm out 3 PTO days and $370 with no dead mice to show for it. 1 star, my rep Charlie was a nice guy. I appreciated his professionalism. Can't say the same of anyone else
