Leo will not fix his install issue. He came out once, but the wobble still exists. He wants to charge me now.

I had to have a new water main and hot water heater installed. I am really glad I got in touch with Leo at Anchor Plumbing. He is a second generation master plumber who knows anything you want to know about plumbing. He did a professional job at a reasonable price. He didn't leave until everything was working to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about Leo. I'm glad I found a plumber that I can trust in the future.

Leo was very professional. I reviewed a bunch of plumbers in the area and also came to home advisor. Anchor Plumbing was a suggestion by home advisor and i was very satisfied with the electric water heater being replaced. 50 gallon replacement along with bringing it up to code since they changed from the previous water heater install. Highly recommend price was right at quote he gave. No surprises. On time. And made sure to clean up any mess left behind. Will be using his company for all future plumbing issues.

Mr. Leo Benitez from Anchor Plumbing provided excellent, same-day service for my daughter in Suwanee- a number of drippy faucets, a broken toilet, etc. Mr. Benitez could not have been more professional and courteous; we were extremely impressed with not only the quality of his work, but the strong impression of an honest, trustworthy individual. There is a really good reason why Anchor Plumbing has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 on the Homeadvisor site. In our opinion it should be 5.0 if not higher. Leo was awesome!!! Arrived a half hour early, was done in less than 30 minutes and cleaned up / took old unit.

Leo contacted me immediately, listened to the issue and came out quickly on a Saturday to fix the issue. His customer service was great and he was very clear on the explanation of the issue and the options to correct the problem.

They did a great job.

We called Anchor Plumbing on a Saturday morning because we had a leaky shower/bathtud valve. Anchor Plumbing came and replace the filter. Anchor Plumbling was extremely professional, prompt, and reasonable price.

We noticed our yard flooded on a Saturday afternoon. The underground pipes coming from the water meter rusted and broke making it necessary to shut off our water. Anchor Plumbing answered my call that afternoon and came out to replace the rusted pipes the next morning (Sunday) even though he had to work during a heavy rain storm. He was exceptionally polite, professional, and hardworking. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him.

Work was performed with minimum intrusion. Planning was implemented at most cost conscious effort. Leo was very informative of the diagnosis of problem he didn't jump in to a more expensive project. Will definitely use Anchor again if ever needed.
