Sewer Main Clearing
We have used James a few times over the years to clear and maintain our sewer lines. This job became progressively more difficult over the years and James has always come through. He is responsive, patient and timely as well as extremely knowledgeable about what he does. His work is much appreciated by us and we most definitely recommend him!

Jim was here on time and very personal and professional. He assessed my drainage problem and went to work. He completed the work in about one hour and 20 minutes. He charged me the initial estimate of one hour. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Anchor Sewer and Drain.

There should be preventive maintenance, due to the length of the pipe and what appears to be a fitting in the line, which may be there as a tie in to vent the laundry discharge line. Try having the tenant use Green Gobler once a month and use plenty of water while using the disposer."

Very fast to reply, came over within a couple of hours. Easy to work with, told me all the steps he was taking to do the job. He did the job in 45 minutes, where someone who came the day before couldn't do in 3 hrs. Definitely recommend and would use again.

James is amazing! Highly recommended! He called me within minutes of me submitting my request on HomeAdvisor and altered his schedule to come to my house that day to take care of my issue. He explained everything he was doing, even taking the time to show me how to do some maintenance items myself. His pricing was more than fair for the work he did and he was a pleasure to deal with. Family members have already hired him to do additional work. Top notch customer service & workmanship.

This will help to keep solids from accumulating in the back pitched area of the sewer pipe. Also, have a look at this video, for information on The Pirana System.
