I hired them to address some water in the basement of a house I just bought in 2017. They were not in the house very long, they said they could fix it no problem with a French drain. It clearly was not put in correctly because they had to have another person come back out to fix it a few weeks later. It is now 4 years later and there is a ton of silt in the basement and it floods every time storms. They have come out and said they would redo/fix it, but have not scheduled it. I have had other professionals check it out and they said the craftsmanship is shoddy at best. They also question whether or not any permits were filed for the work. I think the original job was subcontracted out but that is just a guess. Either way I am extremely disappointed with my interactions with them and do not recommend them at all.
Response from Anchor Waterproofing, LLC
"We are deeply sorry to hear you're upset. We stand behind our work 100% It is unfortunate that there are companies that come out and advise that a system is put incorrectly so they can gain work for themselves. From looking back at our notes, we had our service technician come out last year and look at the property. He noticed that there were big sink holes underneath the porch that contributed to the silt coming in. Mr. Tyler was advised that the sink holes needed to be filled and once that was done, we would come back out and redo the clogged section of the system free of charge. A couple months ago our technician went back to reevaluate the situation. The the sink holes were not fixed and was advised that they needed to be filled so that we could redo the clogged section of the system. The service manager has reached out but has not heard back on whether or not the holes have been filled. If these aren't fixed then the system will continue to keep failing. Our warranty clearly states that we are not responsible for exterior neglect. As advised, once the sink holes are filled, Anchor Waterproofing will come out and redo the clogged section of the system."

We hired Anchor Waterproofing about a year ago to install a French drain and sump pump in our basement. The installation was sloppy, and we continued to get water in our basement every time it rained for months. We made several phone calls to the Anchor staff asking them to come out and correct the problem, but they kept putting us off saying they were unusually busy. They finally agreed to come out and install plastic sheeting to redirect any water that was flowing through our stone foundation, and when someone finally came out to install it, he said they had installed the entire French drain incorrectly. They ripped it out and reinstalled it. Then they tried to charge us an additional $700. The customer service along the entire process was terrible. Now, a year later, we still get water in our basement during heavy rains.
