Isaiah was great. He is very knowledgeable as a master electrician. He did a great job replacing outlets and a light for me. He was very respectful of my property answered all my questions and I would hire him again when the need arises.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Install
Isaiah was polite and professional when it came to customer service. His knowledge of electrical work was great, he explained everything he was doing to a basic level that I ( someone with zero knowledge) would understand. He gave me multiple options for my needs and let me pick which one was the best for my needs and price plan. He installed an exhaust fan in my bathroom and an extra outlet. It all works great and I’m happy with his work!

Fixed Generator - Repair
At a time when customer service is almost non-existent Isaiah at Anchored Electric was definitely the exception, He contacted me promptly and since he lives in the area he stopped by my home at 6 pm to look at my unit. It only needed regular maintenance . He said that he would order the necessary parts and made an appointment to come and install them the following week. Unfortunately there was a delay in the delivery so he had to reschedule and then there was inclement weather so the appointment had to be rescheduled again. This was not an issue since this wasn't an emergency, but he made sure to text me and let me know the status of getting the job done, unlike other contractors who just don't show up and don't keep you informed as to the problem.
I definitely will use Isaiah in future for any electrical issues that come up, He was very pleasant and easy to work with, and his customer service was great.

Ishiah, who is the owner of Anchored Electric is great to work with. The day I posted the need for an Electrician he immediately called me and set up a time to conduct a site visit. He conducted the site visit a few days later and gave me a price quote the next day. His price was fair so I hired him to do the work. I have additional work to be done at my home and will have Ishiah, provide a quote for that work too.
I look forward to working with Anchored Electric again.

Isaiah showed up on time for our prearranged meeting to go over the scope of the work I needed done involving some exterior electrical work. He appeared neat, very polite and businesslike. As we walked around, he offered numerous insights for a more clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing end result. His estimate was fair, very reasonable and agreed to and work commenced the next day and was completed in a timely fashion. The work was absolutely impeccable looking; obviously going the extra mile for quality electrical installation and not just for appearances sake. Isaiah has been to my home to do three other jobs since the first one and I highly recommend his services be used if needed.
