    From start to finish he was with us all the way. Jack had great ideas and built us a quality house. I loved building this house and have not had any reason to call for any issues on anything because I had non. I highly recommend Ancient City Construction. Jack and Kathy were great to work with. Building a home with Ancient City Construction was a great experience- they were there with us from design to competition. Jack had lots of good ideas and communicated them well. The quality of Construction was superb. We have not had to readdress anything. If I could do it again, I would choose Ancient City Construction without a doubt.

    I was very pleased with Ancient City Constructions pricing and services. They repaired water leak in my tub and fixed my drywall ceiling and also fixed problems with a toilet. They were very professional and came to my home at a prompt manner. I would highly recommend them for anyone that has home repairs and renovations that they may need done to there home.

    Seniors be aware, get other estimates before deciding on contractors do a background check also, be aware of high deposits before job is even started, watch out for ad ons and rentals for equipment

    Joe, You wanted to change the configuration of your new deck. I informed you that it would cost more money in labor and materials. In regards to renting the equipment, I told you ahead of time that it would be cheaper to rent a grass remover from Home Depot and we had to cut some of you existing cement which caused us to rent a saw cutting machine which you were well aware of before this took place. You paid us with no problem on the last draw and said nothing about being overcharged. This type of review is not warranted and we have an A+ rating in St. Johns County for over 25 years!! However, we do hope you enjoy you new quality deck!
